I cannot access years worth of credit card points. I’m in Canada! And I can’t change it. I can’t even enter my actual phone number. Just think for second how many potential users you are losing over poor design! And I haven’t even seen inside the app yet!! Despite repeated attempts, I have been unable to use the points I spent years collecting. This is incredibly frustrating and misleading. To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unresponsive. Calls go unanswered, emails receive only automated replies, and in some cases, they even hang up on you. There is no real assistance, just endless frustration. I managed to get a couple of flights to go back home with very minimal spend. The only issue that I came across is the number of notifications that appear on the app logo (sometimes 20 or even 99) which are actually just one or two once I open the app to check. This app is not user friendly, requires me to log in every time I open the app and crashes often. When I try to book a hotel stay or air travel, it takes me to the air miles website and makes me log in again.
