Also the exchange rates are poor. ### 1/5 — Poor service *2025-07-30* I had the worst experience ever with this card . For years and years no problem . Then all of a sudden I couldn’t load my card. It took 7-8 months to fix . I had to deal with Filipino accents that had no idea what was going on and promising to fix “ it’ll be sorted by next week sir” seven or so months later got fixed because it was cutting me off at $60k instead of $100 k I got $200 compensation but lost at least $40k spending in airpoints .
