Something must have changed because it no longer appears to have any working functionality. I can create a name of a place that my device is located in but there isn't a way to actually connect the app to the device. Good idea, bad execution. ### 1/5 — App does not work *2022-11-28, version 1.12.0* Wasted a few hours trying everything including standing on my head. Nothing works as it should ### 1/5 — Awful & useless *2022-05-19, version 1.11.0* Literally nothing in this app works if you had a previous account with the old app. I was told to log out of the old app if I had it, I don’t. I was told to reset the physical device and then was given admin QR codes to enter with the last digits being from my device and that didn’t work either. There is nowhere I can delete my devices in the new app because they don’t show up. I even tried deleting my account completely to try and start over and when I enter my password to do so, it says “Error try again” every time. The previous app was basic but at least it friggen worked. It’s ridiculous they made a new app that requires you to jump through hoops to try and get it to work, and none of those hoops help. I emailed customer service a second time just now explaining that nothing they suggested worked, so we’ll see what they come back with. 🙄 ### 1/5 — App does not recognize old account *2022-03-15, version 1.11.0* This “new” app allows me to login, but it does not recognize my devices or places and will not allow me to add my devices to it. I get an error message that the device has already been added by another user. No, that is not true—I am the user and I would like to add my devices.
