I can’t find where to cancel.  And it doesn’t work!

I sent email asking about what the different subscription charges all mean .. like what is the difference between all the 11.99, what is 5.99? No replies but still went ahead and charged me 11.99? Instead of explaining what it all means??

Finding out how to cancel has not been easy. This app does not work with my old printer and I am trying to cancel but have received no confirmation using their email and there is no easy option out button that I could find.
