「Airペイ QR」は、さまざまなQR決済をまとめて・簡単に対応ができるアプリです。

■「Airペイ QR」の特徴
・中国最大級の決済サービス、Alipay+、WeChat Pay、UnionPay（銀聯）QRコードをはじめ国内サービスのCOIN+、d払い、PayPay、au PAY、楽天ペイ、J-Coin Pay、Smart Codeにも対応しています。
・導入費用は決済手数料のみ、初期費用や月額固定費などは一切かかりません。
・特別な機材は必要なくお手元のiPadまたはiPhoneで始められます。
・入金サイクルは月末締め、翌月末一括入金です。銀行振り込みのみ対応しています。

■Airペイ QRの使い方
1.決済金額を入力します。
2.お客様の決済方法を選択します。
3.お客様の決済アプリのQRコードを、iPadまたはiPhoneの内蔵カメラで読み取ります。
4.QRコードの読み取りが終われば、決済完了です。

■Airレジとの連携
無料のPOSレジ「Airレジ」と連携すれば、レジ操作からQR決済までシームレスに行えます。

アップデートやお知らせが非常に多いです。また、サービスで出来ること出来ないことを明確にしたほうが良いのでは？数年間使わせていただいておりますが、ここ最近は新機能の説明などにおいて必要な情報が抜けていたり（あえて抜いている可能性があるので非常にいやらしい）、問い合わせフォームやヘルプデスクページの作り込みの甘さにもガッカリします（これも上記同様、あえて分かりにくく作成しているように感じます）

導入すると
翌月の末日入金なので
月初めの売上分は約2ヶ月くらい後に入金されるので手数料とダブルで苦しくてなる。
入金を月2回にしてもらう等の対応をしてほしい。

基本はバーコードリーダーを使っているがたまに調子が悪くなった時にカメラで読み取ろうとすると、なぜか90度傾いて表示されて、お客様の端末を読み取るのがめちゃくちゃ不便。

AIRpay及びQRもどちらもアップデートが遅い。
対応してないからシステムアップデート控えてアナウンスはするのに
アプリが対応致しましたアップデートして下さいのアナウンスが無い。
お金を扱う信用の毎日な事である以上適切迅速な対応を望みます

色々なQR決済が使えて、お客様の反応はいいし使用率も売上の1/4はQR決済
でも、入金は月に1回。　キャッシュカードに不具合が起きて口座変更しようとしたら翌月しか対応できないとのこと、結局変更の意味ないのでそのまま。やっぱり便利なのはいいけど、リスク分散は必要かな。

結局現金になることが多々あり。

「リクルート」など信用してはならないということを、身をもってよく分かりました。
2021年4月にアプリダウンロードから申し込みを始め、必要書類送信まですぐ進めましたが、その後5ヶ月なんの連絡も無く、こちらから問い合わせメールを送ったらいまだに「全ブランドの審査中」と意味不明な回答を送られました。
公式サイトの申し込みの流れでは、審査に「通常3日程度」とあるのに、常識では考えられない放置対応です。
「マーチャントID」と「パスワード」が送られてこないと、このアプリが使用出来ず、営業や販売などに全く使えません。他のところと契約して、他のアプリを使った方が早くて便利で絶対に良いと思います。最悪な上場企業です。
