Fill out all data manually. Every time you try to add passengers for easy access later the app keeps resetting some info - US phone number becomes Canadian, it merged two passenger info into one, after some work to clean everything up - now the app keeps showing my birth date on 13th of the month but when I go to correct it - it is how it should be - 14th of the month. Selecting the dates is extremely sensitive and feels sometimes like a joke - moving the sliders up and down will inevitably move things way too much and it is infuriating. The website is even worse - I cannot edit my info because I must set if I am Mr, Mrs, or whatever - that option is blocked for editing… like everything in Serbia - it has a pretty facade but is unfinished and barely functional. I will have to check in at the airport. I’ve bought ticket on Air Serbia site, from Chicago to Belgrade, with layover in New York, one checked luggage allowed, second one you must pay twice, reason because it’s one American Airlines second Air Serbia. No other airline does that. Thic is my last flight with them. I’d rather travel with Somalia air. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2025-09-13, version 2.8.4* Old app was bad, new app is horrible. Unstable and crashes often. Login doesn’t always work. Password auto fill is not working at all. Data and documents filled for your profile on web has to be reentered for the app from the scratch. UX is completely wrong and unintuitive throughout the app. There is no option to add boarding pass to the Apple Wallet and they don’t send it over email if you check in with the app (they do send it together with Add to Wallet link if you check in on web). There is no option in the app to request boarding pass to be sent via email. When I have reported these issues they told me to be at the airport 2h before the flight to do everything at the counter because it’s not working in the app. So if you check in with app and you stay without Internet access at the airport, no boarding for you. Horrible and useless… ### 1/5 — G *2025-08-01* I was unable to buy a ticket for the flight either yesterday or today. Neither from the website nor from the application. After entering the details of the Lovcen bank debit card, both the website and the application simply go into loading (a circle spinning on the screen), while neither the website nor the application gives any message about the reasons. ### 1/5 — Bd *2025-07-25, version 2.8.4* Guys, you need to work on the application. Интерфејс је веома неудобан. Ово је прави срам за авио-компанију која представља Србију у свету.
