When I tried to add my tickets to the app, it said no passenger info found. I tried both the booking reference and electronic ticket number, and both failed to locate my reservation. I downloaded this app because the Air Tahiti website is terrible when trying to enter passenger info. Open the app, and not only is the button layout broken, but attempting to enter my passenger info just sends me to the website. I received email notifications of flight changes. First moving my flight a day up. Then moving it a day forward of the original confirmed booking. The cost for an additional hotel day stay is over $3000. They simply move the flights and apologize for any inconvenience. Then the app doesn’t show the change. The original flight. It looks as though it was developed for an android operating system and then retrofitted for iOS. Many of the taps just do not register because they are pushed up too close to the corner. In order to regain control of the app I need to flick it shut and come back into it. Very unfortunate because Air Tahiti is the best!! ### 1/5 — Worst app *2025-08-04, version 1.1.13* Every time I tried to sign up it would not process my application. When I tried to reset my password it would tell me I didn’t have an account. When I tried to sign up through my Apple account it told me I was rejected when it didn’t even process anything. I finally got in through my backup google account but it still stalls and sends me backwards. Absolutely the worst app I’ve seen in years. ### 1/5 — Worse Travel *2025-07-10, version 1.1.13* This app is useless and does not work. The app asks for EITHER reservation number or ticket number but neither provides passenger update. After trying to use reservation number, it send error msg saying ticket number is 13 digits. It does not recognize either number.
