DO NOT GET A MEMEBERSHIP THEIR SCAMMERS. I’ve been going to this gym for 3 months now and it’s been a week me trying to cancel my membership. I’ve emailed them. Texted them. Emailed their support team. And no answers. First their plans they have are ridiculous and way too expensive. Also when you do an appointment, they lie about some stuff how if you don’t show up to the gym without canceling they charge you “5” bucks when they actually charge you “10” and how when you sign up for the membership you gotta pay almost 400 at the start which is really stupid. Their just a mess. I would really like my money back.

This app is great but other than that they keep charging me even though I’ve only been there 3 times in the summer now it’s November and they’re still charging me up to $400 smh

So I’ve been coming to this gym for some days now and I can say that I love it. But I wish some things could change, for example, the app, only lets you book 2 time slots which is an hour of working out. For me, that’s a bummer, an hour of working out is not enough. I wish they could let us book a 2-hour session or let us pick 4-time slots to make it 2 hours. Because after an hour I gotta leave the private gym and wait an hour to book again it’s just a waste of gas going back home and coming back again. Or I don’t wanna wait outside because of the area the gym is located at because of the tobacco and liquor store it makes me feel Uneasy. Talking about uncomfortable I wish they could black out the entrance because it’s transparent. When I was working out I could see people just looking and it made me feel uncomfortable I wonder why they didn’t black out the entrance door like they did with the windows so it could be a fully private studio gym. Other than those two things I love it the private studio gym. But please give us the 4 time slots or 2-hour working out session.
