I never once seen 5G in my trip to Cancun, Playa Del Carmen, and Bacalar. It was 3G most of the time and LTE only at the airport. They advertise AT&T and Movistar. You will not get AT&T. You will only get Movistar, which is much slower. I purchased the Europe package, and it has caused me nothing but problems. I have contacted customer support every single day for the past four days, but they only communicate through chat. Since the eSIM does not work properly, I first have to find somewhere with Wi-Fi just to contact them. I now have two eSIMs installed, and even their support team cannot clearly tell me which one I should be using. Most responses appear to be automated or AI-generated, repetitive, and do not properly address the issue. It is extremely difficult to reach a real person who understands the problem and gives a clear solution. After four days, my issue is still unresolved. This has been incredibly stressful and has wasted hours of my trip.
