This app is absolute garbage. You cannot sign on. I do not need pass keys. I want to sign in with my email and a password. These tech clowns should be ashamed of themselves.

Don’t know if this has to do with the paucity acquisition of airbase but the timing aligns. This app is terrible, you can’t log in with your credentials it goes around in circles and then crashes.

This app is so buggy and slow! Right now when you add an uploaded receipt to an expense report, it has a tendency to multiply it by 2-4x. So if you upload a receipt for (for example) a $15 Uber trip, it will create 4 separate identical $15 entries in your report for the same receipt

The app is awful for approvals.  Rarely does it find the approval that I get email notifications for. I always have to go to my laptop to actually approve.  

I’d also rather get a root canal than use the expense report tracking on the app.

This has been acquired by paylocity and now it’s gone backwards fast. Please at least go back to the way it was. It was working fine until now. Absolutely not how we want to do this. It’s time to switch to somebody else.

This started as a straightforward, easy-to-use expense reporting tool but has quickly declined into one of the most frustrating platforms I’ve worked with—right up there with Concur.

The interface has become clunky and harder to navigate, making what should be a simple task unnecessarily time-consuming. Even worse, as a company we have no control over how the interface works for our employees, which creates ongoing frustration and inefficiency.

If you’re considering this software, be aware that it may not deliver the user-friendly experience it promises.
