This mobile app just plain doesn’t work. Uploading receipts, with automation or manually, just is a waste of time. Crashes galore. Doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Uses phone camera and drains battery unnecessarily *2022-06-19, version 21.3* For whatever reason the app uses the camera (as indicated by the green dot appearing in the status bar) even when it is not scanning. This drains a lot of battery, and I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max (20% of my battery in 8 minutes, for example). ### 1/5 — Buggy (and has been for months) *2022-03-28, version 20.5* If you try and attach “additional files” on a reimbursement request the app crashes. It doesn’t detect British pound from a receipt you upload or take in the app. I’m pleading with our organization to move to a more reliable solution like Concur. ### 1/5 — Has me wishing for the days of Concur *2022-03-02, version 20.0* This app is a great example of a use case where the developers and designers didn’t or don’t use the end product. This app is terrible, you can’t log in with your credentials it goes around in circles and then crashes. ### 1/5 — Buggy waste of time *2026-03-11, version 32.6* This app is so buggy and slow! Right now when you add an uploaded receipt to an expense report, it has a tendency to multiply it by 2-4x. So if you upload a receipt for (for example) a $15 Uber trip, it will create 4 separate identical $15 entries in your report for the same receipt ### 1/5 — Barely functional *2025-09-16, version 31.7* The app is awful for approvals. Rarely does it find the approval that I get email notifications for. I always have to go to my laptop to actually approve. Please at least go back to the way it was. It was working fine until now. Absolutely not how we want to do this. The interface has become clunky and harder to navigate, making what should be a simple task unnecessarily time-consuming. Even worse, as a company we have no control over how the interface works for our employees, which creates ongoing frustration and inefficiency. You cannot sign on. I do not need pass keys. I want to sign in with my email and a password. Unfortunately, the app has made it impossible. Whenever I try to upload a receipt from a saved photo, it shows me old photos out of chronological order, even is my receipt was my most recent saved photo. I have to use the web platform if I want to do anything. ### 2/5 — Too many required updates *2024-05-06, version 28.8* Why does it feel like every other time I open this app I am required to download an update in order to use it? I am an iOS engineer, and this is poor development practice and a bad experience for users. Buttons do not work, receipt photos are not saved, and actions have to be repeated multiple times to go through.
