### 3/5 — Doesn’t search region

*2025-01-08*

This seems like a cool idea, but unless I’m missing it, I can’t seem to search a region for flights, just specific airports. It would be nice if the app searched departure cities and arrival cities in a user-specified radius rather than just a single airport. Major cities usually have several airports that support private aviation.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and we are pleased to let you know that we have recently launched a new app with significant feature improvements to the map and searching flights between cities. We invite you to try the latest version, and we hope it delivers the experience you were looking for.

### 3/5 — Concept doesn’t match reality

*2024-11-09*

The concept of the app is really cool, but the reality is they only post private flights and none that are shared. So if you don’t have 8-10 friends, it’s just not realistic for the typical 99% of people.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. Airble shared flights become available when a passenger books a private charter and agrees to share the vacant seats. These shared flights will always be published on our deals section.

If you didn’t find a shared flight for your desired route, it likely means no one is currently offering a shared flight on that route. We appreciate your understanding and are here to assist you with any further questions or concerns.

### 3/5 — Love the idea, execution needs improvement

*2024-11-02*

Like the idea, but app is buggy. Opening the map and trying to move it to a different location resulted in a crash. Doesn’t seem to maintain which currency I picked either between sessions.

Would be helpful if I could search regions instead of only by airport. I should be able to get DFW, NYC, LA etc area instead of having to check specifically Addison to Teterboro for example.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and we are pleased to let you know that we have recently launched a new app with significant feature improvements to the map and searching flights between cities. We invite you to try the latest version, and we hope it delivers the experience you were looking for.

### 2/5 — Confusing UX

*2024-06-07*

I like the idea very much the app looks nice, but not sure about some of the options, like what is the map supposed to show, just locations of the airports and they are all empty so not sure what is suppose to do. Also when you search by city it will be nice if it can search all the airports in the city no need to specify an airport, if the app has it I didn’t know how to use it. Anyway like the other review stated this will be good if you live in Canada

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. ### 1/5 — Y’all are missing the mark

*2023-11-04*

I'm baffled by the design choices for this app. It's modeled after ride-sharing apps, but that format just doesn't hold up when the flight options are so scant. Case in point: today, the platform is showing a mere six flights, all with routes to or from Canada. And two are priced at a whopping $17,000! Then, for whatever reason, there's a slew of travel packages filling up the space. Is this trying to be a one-click private jet service or a travel bundle bazaar?

The main hitch is the browsing experience. When I log in, if the only flight I am able to see is for tomorrow, going from Canada to California, and I'm sitting here in Nashville, that's no good for me. What am I supposed to do with that? It's enough to make me shut the app and forget it exists. I'm not against the idea of limited flights; I mean, the chance to fly private is a luxury, and I'd go the extra mile for it. But that's just it—I need to actually see what's possible, maybe plan for it. Like, if there was a standing flight from Atlanta, I'd drive those five hours in a heartbeat, even if it was a once-a-week/month/year deal.

Now, here's where a bit of psychology could really make a difference. If the app used the principle of intermittent reinforcement—sprinkling in surprise deals or unexpected flight options—it would tap into that 'jackpot' feeling. That's what would keep users like me coming back to check the app regularly, hoping to land a golden ticket of a deal. As it stands, you're asking us to specify dates and locations without giving a taste of potential adventures that might be waiting. Without that, how can we get excited about the possibilities? Let us feel the rush of stumbling upon a too-good-to-be-true offer, and I guarantee we'll be more inclined to come back and gamble on finding that rare, affordable luxury flight.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and we are pleased to let you know that we have recently launched a new app with significant feature improvements to the deal browsing experience and many more.

Airble aims to be the one-stop aviation marketplace for private charters, empty leg deals, and aviation experiences. And while an empty leg flight is always unpredictable, the new app has a notification alert feature called Favourite Routes, so you could get notified when the deal you are looking for becomes available. We are also continually adding new flights and deals on a weekly basis to offer new exciting options.

We invite you to try the latest version with these new features, and we hope it delivers the experience you expected. If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@airble.com. We hope for the opportunity to serve you soon.

### 1/5 — Just a full charter cost

*2023-10-12*

Watched a YouTube video claiming a Turo for airplanes, able to find deadheads, etc. turns out just a full price charter if 3-4 planes at $70k one way within North America.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. The deals you saw were sold out, and similar deals may be available again depending on our service providers. The YouTuber purchased some shared seats while the remaining seats were left unsold. The $70K you mentioned may seem to be a private charter flight, which is priced very differently from our empty leg (or deadhead) deals that are heavily discounted. We hope this addresses your concerns and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Our team is currently developing a notification feature that will alert users when the deals they are waiting for become available. Additionally, we are working on expanding our services across North America, so that we can provide you with more deals and promote more flight sharing throughout the region.

### 1/5 — TRAP SCAM

*2023-10-05, version 2.2.17*

You download the App then you can’t delete it off your device if you don’t want to use it… it’s a scam App to steal information

### 1/5 — App is useless

*2023-09-26*

If I could give it zero stars I would. Constant error messages. “Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again”

I’ve closed and re-opened the app multiple times. No change.

**Developer response:** Hi there - sorry to hear you're having trouble with our app. Give us an email at support@airble.com so we can work through this issue.

### 1/5 — Unable to create account

*2023-09-25*

I’m trying to create an account and it keeps telling me that the email is already in use, funny it’s my email and I’ve never been on this app until now. I went along with it and clicked “forgot password” and put my email in again, and it said something along the lines of email not registered. So I just decided to continue as a guest, and it keeps telling me something went wrong. I can’t even look up an airport to fly out of. This app is unusable for me at this point. Such a cool idea, but I just can’t even use it

**Developer response:** Hi there - sorry to hear you're having trouble using our app. Give us an email at support@airble.com so we can help solve these issues.

### 1/5 — No flights in the US.

*2023-09-25*

I tried looking for a flight for New Orleans LA to Las Vegas NV, and there was absolutely nothing. Then I looked at the map and all the flight are north of the 49 parallel meaning that they’re all in Canada, and you have to order a flight that will come to your city first before you can fly to the destinations, meaning, there is no deadhead flights in the US “Or flights were the air plane is trying to return to their homebase airport.” This is not to mention that you can’t order a flight from you city if you live in the US. Terrible!

**Developer response:** Hi there - thank you for your feedback. As we're Vancouver, Canada based, our operations began here in the north. However, we've just begun soft-launching our US flights, so you should be able to book available US routes now!

### 3/5 — App seems Ok but flights only in Canada

*2023-09-25*

App is alright, I was able to sign up but saying ‘invalid email’ until you verify by clicking emailed link is a dumb way to handle it and makes the app seem broken. Bad UX decision by app developer.

The app’s idea sounds awesome but all of the info is about flights in Canada and they’ve been saying all year in other review replies that they're going to expand and hopefully have US by end of summer but so far nothing. Hopefully I remember to check back on this and reinstall when/if they ever add US flights.

**Developer response:** Hi there - thanks for your feedback! We've currently started our soft-launch for US support, so you should be able to book available US flight routes now!

### 1/5 — Limited to just Canada

*2023-08-16, version 2.1.33*

Why?

### 1/5 — Misleading

*2023-07-26, version 2.1.24*

This app shouldn’t be offered to the US because literally all of the flights are in Canada none of them come from the us and go anywhere!

### 1/5 — Canadian based

*2023-07-08, version 2.1.6*

If you live in Canada, this is for you. If you live in any other country, don’t bother.

### 1/5 — Painful

*2023-07-05*

First impressions mean everything. Downloaded the app, was unable to verify email to create an account because of an error, but continued as guest. There were no flights in the US. Concept is good, app and execution is crap! Why put out an app if it is this bad. Fire your developer, rebuild the app, and include the areas you advertise in. Then, rebrand.

**Developer response:** Hi there - we're sorry to hear you were having troubles signing up for an account! If you are still interested, please email us at info@airble.com and we can help you out right away.
Regarding US flights, we are working hard to have services available toward the end of the summer. Hopefully we'll have you aboard in the next few months!

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not cheap

*2026-01-19*

I heard about this app, and it sounded great! Private jets that have no passengers for a return flight. Every flight I’ve looked into, the price is so high and unreasonable! I understand trying to recoup money for an empty flight back, but they are gouging prices.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. Empty leg flights are always priced significantly lower than booking a full private charter for the same aircraft and route. That said, they are still private flights with exclusive services, and therefore, the pricing is not comparable to commercial airlines.

All our prices are set directly by our service provider partners. As a marketplace offering a variety of services, we believe there’s an option for every budget, and new offerings are added every week at competitive prices.

### 1/5 — Poor App

*2025-11-20*

The app is useless to me.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. Our team takes all feedback seriously and we would love to find out which features we can improve to enhance your app experience. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us with suggestions and questions at info@airble.com.

### 1/5 — False advertising

*2025-10-05*

I downloaded interested in single seat sales as per the video clip and to my surprise I haven’t found one flight with seat sales, just full aircraft sales. Bad misdirection.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. The seat deals you saw from April 2023 were sold out, and similar deals may be available again depending on our service providers and their offers at the time. As Airble is a marketplace, all deals and offerings are up to our partner providers to list. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out at info@airble.com. Thank you so much!

### 1/5 — High cost

*2025-09-28*

Huge high cost. They advertise as flights for $500. This is super far from what it actually is. $3000-$10,000.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. The deals you saw from April 2023 were sold out, and similar deals may be available again depending on our service providers. The YouTuber purchased some shared seats while the remaining seats were left unsold. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out at info@airble.com. Thanks so much!

### 1/5 — Nope

*2025-07-26*

Pulled up an available charter leg I was interested in. In 30 seconds, the rate went from $13,000 before I clicked, to over $17,000 the moment after I clicked on it. Sorry, no need for more scams in my online life.

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. The $13,000 amount you saw was in U.S. dollars, while the $17,000 was in Canadian dollars. It seems there was a misunderstanding regarding the currency your account was using during checkout. We hope this clears up the confusion, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

If there is anything we can assist you with regarding booking your flight, please let us know and we’ll be happy to help.

### 1/5 — Just do Uber

*2024-08-18, version 2.2.108*

For an app that wants to come across as the Uber for airplanes it would literally be cheaper for you to take an Uber across country then to fly through this app. What a joke.

### 1/5 — No Real Deals

*2024-06-23*

The article that brought me here claimed that deals were to be had like an “Uber” for private jets. Nothing remotely close that I can find. Maybe I don’t know how to search. No matter which airport I search (I cannot find a way to search by area/city, which would be a lot more helpful), there’s noting available. The only available flights seem to be the advertised “Deals Near You” which are neither deals nor are they near me. Maybe just another scam to get users/views to sell more advertising?

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. We take all feedback seriously and we are pleased to let you know that we have recently launched a new app with significant feature improvements to the map and browsing empty leg flight deals.

Although an empty leg flight is always unpredictable, the new app has a notification alert feature called Favourite Routes. We invite you to try the latest version with these new features, and we hope it delivers the experience you were looking for.

If you have any other question, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@airble.com. We hope for the opportunity to serve you soon.

### 1/5 — Hard to locate flights

*2024-06-22, version 2.2.105*

The app does not allow you to select a departure city and then show destinations with flights.

### 1/5 — Bad web site

*2023-12-28*

Horrible web site

**Developer response:** We appreciate your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience with our platform was less than satisfactory. We take all feedback seriously and we would like to let you know that we have recently created a new app based on our user input. We invite you to try the latest version, and we hope it delivers the experience you were looking for.

### 1/5 — Cannot login

*2023-11-08*

The keyboard doesn’t even appear when I click on the text entry fields to login. When using the website on pc there are almost no flights ever that are shared.

**Developer response:** Hi Caden, thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear you're having trouble using our platform., please email us at support@airble.com so we can better assist you in solving this issue.

### 5/5 — Beautiful design

*2024-12-05, version 2.2.146*

### 5/5 — New company with a great idea

*2023-09-25*

The app looks nice works well hopefully flights it the US will become available soon

### 5/5 — Works Well

*2023-07-21*

Sign up was quick and seamless. Verification process worked perfectly and I was able to make an account within minutes. As an Alaskan, I really hope they consider making us one of the first from the USA to join. It would be great to get to know more of our neighbors eh? I go through Canada quite a bit, so this will be cool to try and plan into my trips somehow. I may not be able to book anything yet while in Alaska, but I’ll be sticking around to see how this develops.

**Developer response:** Hi there! Thanks for the support, we all appreciate it. We're working hard to have flights in the US available towards the end of the summer, so we'll hopefully have you aboard soon! Keep working on your Canadian impression in the meantime eh?

### 5/5 — Amazing potential for last minute business

*2023-05-06*

This is an amazing concept. Seems to work like it should. Stable app.

For the devs: would it be possible to add an airport to the app? Montreal's YHU Saint Hubert airport is a small hub for smaller aircraft and has cheaper landing fees than YUL and YMX and would most likely accommodate small charter way easier than YUL and YMX. Let's go for east coast expansion!

**Developer response:** Thanks for the review and airport recommendation, Alexander! East coast expansion is well underway.

### 5/5 — Not ready for international roll out, but will get there.

*2023-05-06, version 2.0.90*

This app is not for anyone but those wishing to travel in Canada. Which is fine, but it wasn’t advertised that way and is not mentioned before downloading the app. I came from YouTube and loved the idea. It’s just not there yet. They do have a contact form to submit to maybe get you a line. As a family of 4 I was hoping to weigh out the cost of this verse commercial. I did reach out using their contact form, the responded and are keeping us updated.

### 5/5 — Great App
