**Developer response:** This only happens when the invites were not valid. Invite real friends and then all will be good ;)

Scam scam scam scam scam can’t say it enough. SCAM. Don’t even wast your time. In fact I am Now worried I even tried it they have my information. In order to process ANY kind of receipt they want you to pay. Stupid.

**Developer response:** Sorry, but that is false information. Receipts are being processed either way. It does require a paid subscription to submit receipts from supermarkets and retail though. Restaurants/Food works perfectly fine without any paid account.

I been trying to cancel and haven’t been able to, send an email and they haven’t respond yet. I don’t want it, I haven’t even use it or anything how can I cancel??

What exactly would you like to cancel? We assume you are referring to have your account deleted? We will get to your mail soon and then act on your request. Sorry for the delay.

If you win they do not process it and they dont reply to your support requests.

**Developer response:** We do ;) it is just delayed. Sorry for this. We are catching up day by day. 

Update: your receipt should have been processed in the meantime. We would be happy to have you reflect this in your review.

They are not crediting referrals and receipts are not getting processed when you “win” a reward.

**Developer response:** We are sorry for the delays you are experiencing. Currently it takes a bit longer to process referrals due to a peak. Please be aware, that you will only receive the bonus if the referral was a real person.

Hey I just downloaded this app and I want to know if going pro will allow me to be able to scan more than one receipt a day... I want to make sure when I win it actually gets processed and I get the cash... I already won once but it rejected it because I didn’t have a participating restaurant

**Developer response:** Hey! With Pro you can scan more than once indeed. You also benefit from instant payouts as well as being able to submit receipts from retail and supermarkets - enjoy! :)
