## What is AirBridge Health?

your recovery, your sleep, your training — finally in one honest place. none of your health data goes to AirBridge.

AirBridge Health began as the fastest way to bridge your Fitbit and Google Health data into Apple Health. 3.0 is a much bigger thing: it reads that data back to you as a calm, honest picture of how your body is actually doing.

open the app and today is right there — a recovery score built from your overnight heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep; a strain score built from the real minutes you spent in each heart-rate zone; last night's sleep as an exact, stage-by-stage hypnogram; and your cardio trend over time. tap any of them and the drivers are underneath. never a mystery number, always the math.

it bridges more than Fitbit. AirBridge reads your whole Google Health account, so if you've connected a Garmin, Oura, Whoop, or Samsung device there, that data comes across too — one bridge, into Apple Health, in the direction where Apple Health is the source of truth.

the recovery room is here too. log a sauna, a cold plunge, or a contrast session — from your iPhone or your Apple Watch — and AirBridge keeps an honest comparison of how you slept and recovered on the days around them. it shows you a comparison, not a cause, and it tells you plainly when there isn't enough data yet to say anything at all.

recovery, strain, sleep, trends, and coaching are computed on your device. none of your health data goes to AirBridge. when you choose to sync Google Health, authorization and health data travel directly between your iPhone and Google. AirBridge has no analytics, tracking, or health-data server.

and it's built to be reachable by everyone: every screen works at any text size, with VoiceOver, with Reduce Motion honored, and at AA contrast in both light and dark.

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 3.1 — 2026-08-02

3.1 makes your daily health picture more dependable.

- recovery, sleep, and their detail views now stay aligned with the day you selected
- Restore Purchases now checks current Apple entitlements first, clears stale status, and gives a truthful result
- a more legible signal atmosphere carries through the app in light and dark
- measured contrast improvements make selected tabs and new-item labels easier to read
- additional reliability work across sleep timing, StoreKit restoration, and accessibility

### 3.0 — 2026-07-22

3.0 is the biggest release yet. AirBridge grew from a bridge into a full, honest recovery companion.

- today at a glance: recovery, strain, sleep, and cardio, each with its drivers shown underneath
- last night's sleep as an exact, stage-by-stage hypnogram
- a redesigned This Week, with seven scored days
- the recovery room: log saunas, plunges, and contrast sessions from iPhone or Apple Watch, and see an honest comparison of the days around them
- a new Apple Watch app to record workouts and recovery sessions on the wrist
- coaching written by an on-device model — none of your health data goes to AirBridge
- reads your whole Google Health account, so Garmin, Oura, Whoop, and Samsung data can bridge across too, not just Fitbit
- a ground-up accessibility pass: every surface works at any text size, with VoiceOver, Reduce Motion, and AA contrast in light and dark

thank you for using AirBridge. it's built by one person, for the people i love — so they can see how they're doing and stay in full control of their own health, while i collect none of it. ever.

### 2.0 — 2026-06-30

AirBridge Health 2.0 makes the bridge faster, broader, and more honest about what lands in Apple Health. sync is dramatically quicker for everyone — heart rate and other dense Google Health data now read in rolled-up requests instead of page after page of raw points, so a day that used to crawl can finish in seconds. Pro now brings across VO2 max, body fat, blood glucose, core body temperature, respiratory rate, HRV, real sleep stages, and real workouts from Fitbit Air and Google Health-connected sources. free now picks up more of today's data too, including floors climbed and height. the sync screen adds a today's-rings card, the 7-day rhythm strip is clearer, and the app keeps the same privacy posture: everything runs on your iPhone, with no AirBridge server, no analytics, and no tracking.

### 1.0 — 2026-06-25

No release notes.
