This morning I opened it to use it on a photo, first one today. I used the Relight option, and after 4 changes it gave me a “hit limit for Pro, try back tomorrow”. Excuse me? I pay $100/year. This is the first time this has happened. It keeps saying i used the daily limit but i haven’t even used it once that day. i’ll wait the next day and its still saying it. sometimes it allows me to use relight for one photo and then tells me again i used the limit. Before i purchased this app and in beginning i was able to use it for many photos. I use this for work purposes so it’s been causing a lot of issues for me. I emailed customer service and got a generic message back about how to cancel the app which i never even wrote anything about that. To the point that my effects don’t work ever! I haven’t used the app in over 3-4 days and it says I hit my limit!? Like what!? First off, there shouldn’t be limits when we pay for a service.
