I just updated the app. I don’t see what enhancements have been done. The indoor unit number is still not showing, you have to guess the IDU from dotted lines. Please rectify. This reflects poorly on the app design team and their response to user experience.

Terrible UX, not an iOS app workflow or interface. Ugly. Confusing. Should be modern, should support Apple  new interface guidelines and technologies like shortcuts. Why same app for installers and end users. Make a real end user app.

So it is more practical and faster to go physically and walk to the control unit in your room compared to using this app!!

Comme toujours Hitachi nous prouve l’amateurisme total dont ils font preuve, surtout dans le domaine de la PAC. 20 ans que je les suit et quand ils sortent un nouveau modèle, on est sans cesse déçu , ils sont déjà en retard vis à vis de la concurrence. Et dès que l’on parle d’applications, de leur site internet, de service de SAV ou d’explication de fonctionnement de leur PAC pour les utilisateurs. C’est totalement inexistant ou alors sans aucun moyen. 
Quel gâchis ! Il serait peut être tant d’utiliser l’intelligence artificielle pour vous remettre en cause ou tout simplement écouter les commentaires de vos installateurs.
Bien sûr l’application ne fonctionne pas.

I have hitachi mini VRF in my home and the app is only designed for contractors it seems. Very little customer focus. 
The app has been crashing for past 4 days now and we don’t have any WiFi access anymore.

L’application s’ouvre et se referme depuis la dernière mise à jour d’ios.
Hitachi mérite mieux que cette application très lente et sans design facile d’usage pour un utilisateur final.
