Instead of the traditional way of providing tech support over the phone, this product can let the support team actually see what’s going on on the other end via screen sharing. Along with the voice talk feature, we are able to shorten the time spent to close a case. I hope my boss will be convinced. By the way, the access code takes a bit longer to re-generate sometimes.
