你是录音软件啊有个很明显的录音按钮比什么都重要，这次更新之后录音钮还不明显了光剩个美观了有什么意义呢，每次着急用打开都是要先更新 有什么可更的啊

AIREC app has a lot of Chinese instructions / tags.  Despite looking at many different setting it is never fully English ??

Also a lot of the support elements of the desktop app and on the phone are empty - hence no support!

I attempted to get human support today - nothing happened, 3 hrs later nothing!!  It’s disappointing, especially as I see how good it could be.  If your selling the product to English speak countries the app should be in English- anything else is just sloppy

The recording quality really isn’t the best. But the transcription is still pretty doggone accurate so I’m kind of impressed. My biggest complaint is the date and time shown for the recordings don’t match the local date and time and I’m not sure how to fix that when they fix it, I’ll give

I like the slim design, transcription and the way it sticks like glue to my iPhone. The only downside is occasionally I catch the record switch when sliding my phone into my back pocket.

My recordings are not working and not syncing. Worked well for about two weeks.. support for the device is an overseas company and not very helpful.

The recorder and transcription is about 90-95% correct. However, my biggest gripe is when they update their app. Twice now after an update, the controls are not working the same or my membership seems to change. Last time I deleted the app and redownload that corrected issue but all my transcriptions disappeared. They gave me more time to retranscribe but that isn’t exactly fast. Now it’s happened again.

I reported to the support team that I need to record incoming calls from teams or zoom using headset instead of using speakers and recording as if it was face to face meeting. Support team just shred that the application is not supporting this, knowing that other competitors can do this easily. When I decided to use this device, it was mentioned that this feature is available!

Initially not bad but it takes an age and takes numerous attempts to transcribe the recordings. If it doesn’t improve its getting binned.

Had this a few months ago. Upgraded to premium subscription then device bricked. 

Contacted the help email nothing heard.

Don’t think I will see the money for premium membership or get the device running and I advise to not bother with the services or their devices.

Downloaded to use with AURO meeting recording devise. Absolutely useless with the transcripts often being pure fantasy. Sticking with Wave and returning the AURO devise.

The unit suggests an update to a newer version. However, the update does not work. It downloads on the phone but does not install on the device. Customer service suggested waiting for an app update. I waited. The app was updated. The device update still does not work. So, I am stuck with an early version that will never update and will be obsolete soon. No customer service help available.

안녕하세요 인터뷰할때 사용하려고 사서 6개월째 사용 중입니다. 업데이트 꾸준히 부탁합니다. 
텍스트 복사 붙여넣기 할때 문단 구분이 되지 않고 통으로 복사되기때문에 눈에 잘 안띕니다. 그 점이 개선되면 좋겠어요. 클로바노트 처럼요. 

네이버에서 구매했고 아이폰과 함께 씁니다.  디자인이 좋고 얇고 보관케이스를 함께 줘서 좋아요. 
중간에 텍스트변환 안되고 너무 오래걸리고 일부만 되고 한국어 변환하는데 중국어 한자로 표기되어있어서 굉장히 불편했는데 네이버에 별점 1점으로 한달리뷰 했더니 연락와서 피드백 받고 업데이트 꾸준히 하려고 노력하셨습니다. 이런저런 과정이 있기는 했습니다만 그래도 번창하시길 바라는 마음에서 앱 리뷰 남깁니다.
