Aires Support is IT support and helpdesk that lives in your pocket. Something broken? Open the app, raise a ticket, and talk to a real engineer — start a chat, or jump straight onto a voice or video call.

Built for companies with a whole team to support, and for individuals with a single stubborn laptop.

WHAT YOU GET

HOW IT WORKS
Sign in, tap New ticket, and describe the problem. Open the conversation to chat with the support team — or start a voice or video call right from the ticket. Company owners can invite colleagues with a short join code so everyone's requests live in one shared workspace.

ABOUT PERMISSIONS
• Microphone — only used during in-app voice or video calls with a support agent.
• Camera — only used for video calls and to photograph an issue you're attaching to a ticket.
• Notifications — to alert you when an engineer replies or calls.

Aires Support does not use your location.
