Awful all around. Flight delayed by over 5 hrs, lost connection in Madrid, NO information provided by ground crew regarding luggage, lodging, rebooking, transportation, NOTHING. No information available in the app, online or via email. Call center was impossible to reach in over 2 hours. Absolutely a disgrace of a business.

I registered, tried to log in, got a ‘something went wrong’ message, tried to log in the next day to check in, re-registered, couldn’t check in - got a ‘go to the air europa desk to check in’. Great. Definitely the fault of the glitchy app.

Já havia tentando meses antes alterar meu assento comprado em Abril da janela para o corredor e o app da Air Europa notificava que não era mais possível porque todos assentos da aeronave ja habían sido preenchidos. Pois bem, na hora de fazer o checkin, 48hr antes do voo, abriu a possibilidade de trocar o assento e o fiz. O checkin foi executado com a cobrança novamente do assento pendente. E quando eu acessaca “meus Servicos contratados” estava la a marcação do assento que eu havia já comprado anteriormente. Enfim, para evitar problema com o voo e não conseguir embarcar de volts para o Brasil, tomei o risco finaceiro de assumir o pagamento novamente, mais irei com certeza reclamar para obter o resarcimiento do valor de volta.
