## What is AIRFIT?

Walk into your Air Force PT test knowing exactly where you stand.

AIRFIT scores every component of the USAF Physical Fitness Assessment
against the official PFRA charts effective 1 March 2026 — all nine age
groups, men and women, including the 20-meter HAMR.

WHAT DO I STILL NEED?
Enter what you can already do and AIRFIT works out the rest. Forty
push-ups and fifty sit-ups in the bank? It gives you the exact run time
and waist-to-height ratio that gets you to 75 — or to 90, or to a
perfect 100. Adjust any one of them and the others update as you go.

PRACTICE, TIMED PROPERLY
Run a full mock test or drill a single component. Sixty-second windows
for push-ups and sit-ups, a count-up plank, your 2-mile run, and the
20-meter HAMR with the official cadence built in — no separate beep
track to cue up. Or enter your results by hand.

EVERY SCORED COMPONENT
• Push-ups / Hand-Release Push-ups
• Sit-ups / Cross-Leg Reverse Crunch
• Forearm Plank
• 2-Mile Run
• 20-Meter HAMR
• Waist-to-Height Ratio, calculated from your profile

YOURS, ON YOUR PHONE
Every practice and official test is saved, so you can watch each
component move over time. No account, and nothing synced to a server —
your workouts and measurements stay on your device.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.1.2 — 2026-08-19

Hand release push-ups and cross-leg reverse crunches are now 2-minute timers

Both of these are 2-minute events, but the workout timer was only giving you 60 seconds. Fixed. Thanks to everyone who flagged it.

Calculator reads better when a component is maxed

If a component is already at full points, the calculator now says so instead of warning that your target is out of reach. If you're not there yet, it shows the number you'd need to max it — something you can actually act on. Red is now reserved for a zeroed component, which is an automatic fail.

Lock screen and Dynamic Island fixes

- Starting an exercise while the app is in the background now updates the lock screen properly — before, it could stay stuck showing "REST" for the entire exercise.

### 1.1.1 — 2026-08-12

Score calculator refinements:
• Drag values on a horizontal ruler — no more fighting the page scroll
• Your projected score is pinned at the bottom and updates as you drag
• Now shows whether you meet your chosen target (75 / 90 / 100%)

### 1.1.0 — 2026-08-11

NEW — SCORE CALCULATOR
Enter what you can already do and AIRFIT works out what you still need
to reach 75, 90, or 100.

HAMR results are now yours to confirm or correct before saving.

Home, History and your results screen have been rebuilt around what
matters most on each.

### 1.0.2 — 2026-07-24

- Smoother workout setup: pick your exercises with quick tabs, and we now remember your last practice picks as the defaults.
- Practice vs. Official is clearer than ever — switch modes with a tap right from the setup screen.
- Cleaner, consistent headers throughout the app.
- Refreshed results screen: each exercise now shows your actual result at a glance, with a quick tap to see the full scoring table.
- The scoring table now slides up smoothly and swipes away with a flick.
- Various UI polish and small fixes.

### 1.0.1 — 2026-07-09

No account needed. We removed sign-in entirely — just open the app and start training. Your profile, workouts, and test history stay right on your device.

HAMR cadence audio. The 20-meter HAMR now plays the official shuttle-run cadence, so you can pace your shuttles by ear just like the real assessment.

Track your trends. A new trends view charts your scores over time, with per-exercise line graphs and session cards so you can see your progress at a glance.

See exactly how you're scored. Tap into any exercise to open the full scoring chart and see the points behind your result.

A cleaner, faster look. We refreshed the design across the app — a redesigned home screen, streamlined workout summaries with pass/fail gauges, and a simplified Profile screen with standard navigation.

Plus a batch of polish and bug fixes throughout.
