Before the ‘“big update” it was a simple app that worked and was user friendly. Since then I can’t book on it, and I have to call them like a freaking cave man. I’m currently in another company’s limo at 3 am because nobody was pick up the phone. Total garbage. It was so good

I tried using the app to go to the airport. I was able to pick a location, car, and enter my credit card info. When I click the final confirmation button, the app gets stuck in the processing payment screen and nothing happens. But I do have a pending charge on my card.

New updated app is not as good as older version.  Doesn’t give option to pay in advance and also lost history of prior rides.
Definitely needs improvement.

I nice cab guy recommended this app. Said it would save me money. I checked all the necessary boxes. Couldn’t “Book Now”. This app just wasted my time after a long day. Our cab cost more but was hassle free.
