## What is AirFlow | Breath Control?

AirFlow is a breath training companion for wind players. Use your iPhone’s mic to visualize airflow in real time, then move into guided breathing sessions designed to build control, consistency, and stamina.

Key features:
- Live airflow feedback with an adjustable target range
- Guided breathing modes: Pendulum (inhale/exhale) and Box (inhale/hold/exhale/hold)
- Custom breathing playlists with step-based patterns and repeats
- Audio cues and optional haptics to keep timing consistent
- Musician-focused breath coaching tips for each phase
- Light/Dark/Auto appearance settings

Use AirFlow for daily warmups, focused breath work, or to reset between practice sessions.

Note: AirFlow uses the microphone to detect airflow and only runs when you start a session.
