I’ve recently tried to book, and I get an error with my account issue after filling out the information. I’ve reached out to customer multiple times via email & phone, and I haven’t received a response. You cannot talk to anyone when you call, you leave a message & someone is supposed to call you back…they never do. I am begging you to please stay away from this platform. They are predatory and will not help in anyway to correct their mistakes. Literally paid over $800 for a DOMESTIC FLIGHT with $200 of that being in premium seating. But guess what? MY SEAT WERE NEVER CONFIRMED OR BOOKED ON THE AIRLINE SITE. When I reached out to the airline, they told me to reach out the Airfordable.. When I reached out to Airfordable.. I was told to reach out to the airline. So basically I just pulled $200 out my rear end and threw it in the air for whomever to take. After several minutes of gaslighting and an unsuccessful conversation with Ama I was basically told there wasn’t anything they could do and to reach out to the airline. So if you can please stay away from them.
