I’ve recently tried to book, and I get an error with my account issue after filling out the information. I’ve reached out to customer multiple times via email & phone, and I haven’t received a response. You cannot talk to anyone when you call, you leave a message & someone is supposed to call you back…they never do. I loved using it so I want to fix whatever is wrong with my account but I can’t do that of if no one will reach back out!! ### 5/5 — The best *2026-06-03, version 1.18.4* The name says it all. I needed to change the departure date and at first I was nervous bc I couldn’t see a phone number to call for support. Google said chat or email. So I went back on the site and asked my question via chat. It said it would take hours to respond but it only took like 10 minutes. Ama assisted me and she was so awesome! She was able to assist with changing the departure date and it actually updated on the app immediately. 5 stars!!! I am begging you to please stay away from this platform. They are predatory and will not help in anyway to correct their mistakes. Literally paid over $800 for a DOMESTIC FLIGHT with $200 of that being in premium seating. But guess what? MY SEAT WERE NEVER CONFIRMED OR BOOKED ON THE AIRLINE SITE. When I reached out to the airline, they told me to reach out the Airfordable.. When I reached out to Airfordable.. I was told to reach out to the airline. So basically I just pulled $200 out my rear end and threw it in the air for whomever to take. After several minutes of gaslighting and an unsuccessful conversation with Ama I was basically told there wasn’t anything they could do and to reach out to the airline. So if you can please stay away from them. I just deactivated my account and will spend the better part of my time informing as many people as I can to NOT USE THIS PLATFORM. ### 1/5 — Fake Reviews *2026-06-25, version 1.18.4* These reviews have to be fake because these tickets aren’t cheap. You’re better off paying for the ticket out of pocket. When I put everything together, I was paying way more on here than out of pocket. Initially I entered the wrong last name for someone I was buying a flight for. Canceled within 24hr for full refund no problem. Second time around I booked with the correct last name, have screenshots of the confirmation page and screenshots of texts confirming information is correct. When I make the final payment and check the airlines app, the last name is wrong! I contact them for a name change request because someone made a mistake. They refuse any wrongdoing and ask for $75 to change their mistake! Once they have your money all their customer service goes out the window! I’ve contacted the airlines and they say contact Airfordable for the change but Airfordable says contact the airlines. Extremely unprofessional and no help. Now I have to go to the airport and see what I can even do about this. **Developer response:** We’re sorry to hear about your frustration. To clarify the facts: all booking details are entered by customers and automatically sent to the airline. In your second booking attempt, the incorrect last name was entered again and was clearly shown in the confirmation email. This email provided an opportunity to cancel and rebook penalty-free within 24 hours—an option you used for your first booking attempt, but did not do for the second one. Our policy, which you agreed to prior to booking, requires a $75 correction fee after 24 hours to cover the airline’s correction costs—especially since we have multiple checkpoints in the booking process asking you to confirm that all information entered is accurate. You paid this fee, acknowledging it was your data entry mistake, we successfully fixed the name and avoided the need to do it at the airport which is not guaranteed. We encourage all customers to carefully review what they type during booking and to use the 24-hour window to correct any errors as shown in the booking confirmation email—penalty free—to avoid costly correction fees and disruptions to your travel plans. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-02-24* I paid for flight in full paid the service fee when I was trying to make changes to my booking after paying. I was having difficulty. I asked if anyway I can have contact info be switched to my name so make it easier I was told it was not possible. That they could forward emails to me. I said that was fine. So I did that requested emails to be sent to them so I can access my booking. Supposed emails were not going thru and was then accused of trying to change contact info under the booking which I was not. (Never got the emails forward to me) When I requested to speak to a manager apparently the person I was speaking to was a manager however was so unprofessional enough to accuse me of doing something I was not. Like who’s stupid enough to request contact info email to be changed to be sent to them for them to send to me. I was working on bringing my debt down and not put it on my credit card which was the biggest mistake rather pay the interest to them then to this unprofessional company **Developer response:** We’re truly sorry for the frustration you experienced, especially with the customer service received. To each his own!! These women on this app are extremely passive aggressive and only care about your money. They are no help whatsoever. Once they have your money they couldn’t care less about anything you need or have issues with. Personally I would never come back and I will never allow anyone I know to use this app. This app is a SCAM. They charged me a $400 service fee and my ticket was over $2000. They know what they are not and that’s exactly why they do not offer refunds. They are a bunch of thieves and con artists.
