The River Raid we all love is the version made for Atari 5200 or 800 XL/XE (remember the smaller cartridge Atari system?) The 5200 or 800 XL/XE version blows this one out of the water. Not only were the graphics and colors way better, but that game was more dynamic and fun. It featured moving & shooting tanks on the river banks and bridges, shooting helicopters, hot air balloons, etc... it was just way better all around. I wish they ported that version of River Raid to an iOS app. That would be sweet! This version is a yawner... Wait for the Atari 5200 or 800 XL/XE version!
