## What is AirGap Vault?

AirGap Vault is a blockchain agnostic crypto vault that turns your mobile phone into a cold wallet.

AirGap Vault does not connect to any network, irrespective of the device used. This system built into the app makes it more secure than an ordinary crypto wallet.

Transactions can be signed seamlessly without the use of cables, thanks to verifiable QR codes. This opens up multiple possibilities for interacting with other solutions.

The last update note said fixed this issue. But this bug exist on iPhone6s/7 with iOS 15.8.3.
Not only on this app, Airgap Wallet app also has this bug.

The product can be rated 4.5 stars, but I deliberately rated it one star. In order to attract the attention of the developers, I have reported to the developers more than once that this wallet is good in every way, but it is only suitable for individual users. For team collaboration, the security of the mnemonic cannot be guaranteed, because without the password, employees cannot interact; if the password is given, employees can copy the mnemonic silently and take it away. This is the biggest security difference from traditional hardware wallets! My suggestion to the team is to add an additional password to the "show mnemonic" function, which can perfectly solve the security problem.

I can’t purchase anything with it. The purple wallet froze on me and won’t let me sign any transactions!!!  I can’t get on discord because I cant paste my wallet address!!  So, I can’t discuss and find out why this is happening!  I can’t mint or purchase on objkt or anywhere!!

Please tell me how to fix this!!  Also, i don’t want to lose the tezos I have in the wallet.

**Developer response:** Hi. To join our discord, your wallet address is not required. It’s easiest for us to help you there, on Telegram or via email.

If the app freezes, you can force close it and you should be able to use it again.

**Developer response:** As far as I'm aware, this is standard behaviour on iOS. If you are worried about someone changing your fingerprint and getting access to your Vault that way, we recommend that you use the additional "passcode" in AirGap Vault.
