Why is it other magazine platforms work perfectly well. Not impressed and feel a loss in terms of my enjoyment reading it. Will be looking into cancelling my subscription if the issue is not resolved quickly. ### 1/5 — App no longer opening. *2022-09-25* App slow, no longer opens after update to iOS 15.7. Magazine reading on iPad mini is painful, just feels like a glorified pdf. Look at so,etching like the Libby app,where you can swipe through the magazine but at the point of reading an article it open as digital content you can scroll through. Can someone from the magazine please reply. ### 1/5 — Purchase failure *2019-10-03* Tried to use the in app purchase with Apple handling the transaction and it was a total fail across the board. Apple is doing a refund and the support people for the subscription while helpful in pointing me to Apple didn’t seem concerned when I told them about the issue. **Developer response:** I am very sorry to hear that you have experienced this problem with the app. We do not normally experience problems with the in-app purchasing within the app so I am surprised to hear this has failed in this instance. I will raise this with our development team and get them to run a full diagnostic check to see if there are any issues that need addressing or whether this was a one-off glitch. Paid for a subscription but cannot read any magazines past the first couple promo pages. Contacted field sport press who said it was nothing to do with them and told me to contact Apple. Apple said it is not there fault and to contact the app developer (air gun shooting now waiting for a reply) feels like they have taken my money and are just laughing. There have been brief problems in the past but I am now unable to open the app to view the magazine that have paid a subscription for. Since August this App has not worked, I have tried deleting and reloading the App, but it still will not work. I have tried emailing Field Sports Magazines for help, but I don’t get any response.
