Simple and effective but wild be better if it had sound to trigger change so you don’t have to watch the screen

App works great, simple, easy to use and best of all Free. There is a wide variety of Breathing Patterns to learn and choose from. Has daily reminders that are also very easy to setup. Very impressed with the Airhead App :)
