Pretty useless … I can’t even register and sign in

No longer shows my current e-sim, although it is visible on their website.  Click on my “orders” and the app crashes.  Does not represent this company in a positive light.

Very basic; website is more useful. App does not offer sorting options like the website. App offers Sign in with Apple but website does not. How to into website if I signed in with apple? 
App does not offer Apple Pay - must enter credit card info manually 🙄 
Really not much point to the app. Just use the website, which is still pretty basic.

Generally does the job.  However, why do I always have to enter my device and mobile platform to access my account?  It would also be helpful to see remaining data on existing eSims.
