## What is AirLino®?

With the AirLino®  App connect your LinTech AirLino® WLAN music receiver in few steps to your home network, to play music over AirPlay, Spotify Connect, UPnP or internet radio on the AirLino®.
And so easily you can do that:
	1)	Select your AirLino in the WLAN settings and start the AirLino App.
	2)	Select the desired AirLino® from the list of found devices.
	3)	Select a device name, with which AirLino® can be identified in the network.
	4)	Select your home network, in which AirLino® should connect to.
	5)	The AirLino® connects itself in network and is available as WLAN music receiver.

Once connected into the home network, the AirLino® app allows you to access more than 100,000 channels thanks to the integrated Internet radio function and save your favourite stations on the AirLino®.

Hint:
To play music over AirPlay, Spotify Connect or UPnP additional Apps or Application are required.

Das Gerät ist übrigens auch nur zum Wegschmeißen zu gebrauchen. Andauernd WLAN Probleme. Und das, obwohl das Gerät circa 2 m von der FRITZ!Box entfernt ist. Spotify connect funktioniert gefühlt auch nur wenn Vollmond ist. Absolute Katastrophe.

Also nicht mehr zu gebrauchen. Seit Jahren soll es besser werden. Die Betonung liegt auf „soll“. Über 100 Euro für ein Gerät verlangen, dass oft nicht oder nur eingeschränkt nutzbar ist. 

Dummerweise habe ich beim letzten Mal mit dem Equalizer gespielt und jetzt muss ich mit der letzten Einstellung leben.

Das ist doof. So kann ich keine Sender suchen und hören.

Seit einigen Firmwareversionen unsporadische Abbrüche der Wiedergabe, wenn einfach nur Radio direkt aus dem Gerät ausgegeben werden soll. 
Da hilft auch keine Neueinrichtung des - sehr guten - wlan. 
Es scheinen irgendwelche Parameter der Pufferung geändert worden zu sein. 

So ist es unbrauchbar für mich und die Rückgabe leider nicht mehr möglich.

Ausgepackt, angeschlossen, drei Schritte weiter und alles fluppt.
AirPlay 2 läuft hier ohne Latenz mit HomePod Minis und Airlino im anderen Raum.
Einige der Problemfälle sollten evtl ihren Router mal auf 5Ghz updaten...go with the flow, sich über belastete Kanäle zu frusten nervt mehr als aktuelle Router Preise.
So gibts dann keine Aussetzer und alles reagiert fein ordentlich.

App sieht zwar nicht glossy aus aber bietet sogar einen EQ !
Insgesamt sehr gutes Produkt.

Seit dem letzten Update, immer wieder Verbindungsprobleme. 
Das Gerät habe ich danach nach einem Hardreset neu im Netzwerk eingerichtet. Einen Tag später findet die App den Empfänger nicht mehr.

Bei jeder Nutzung muss ich den AirLino erneut mit AirPlay verbinden. Das ist extrem nervig, wenn z.B. Spotify ins Spiel kommt, dann muss ich den AirLino immer wieder manuell anwählen und verbinden. 
Die Radio-Funktion ist, insbesondere bei der Funktion der Suche nach Sendern, unterirdisch. 
Hört man eigentlich dem Nutzer zu oder ist es dem Hersteller egal, wir (un-) komfortabel das Gerät zu bedienen ist?
