Unable to get my packages - they call and hang up - terrible service - only delivery option from the Amazon store. ### 1/5 — NO WAY THIS TRASH APP HAS A 4.7 *2025-07-15* I have waited for three days from 17 to 22 for deliveries from Amazon delivered via this company and every single day a courier calls at 2150 or after 22 and says they’re outside. I go outside and they’re not there. Then I got a notification that it’s unable to be delivered and they will try again tomorrow. This has gone on for three days. I’ve gotten no support from Amazon or Airmee. I truly believe this company is a scam and should be reported to the consumer affairs bureau. ### 1/5 — Incompetent to the highest degree *2025-05-03* My delivery driver called me, I answered, he stayed silent, ended the call and then marked my delivery as postponed. I then reached out to support, Abdullahi, his name was, and he ended the chat before reaching any help or conclusion. Absolutely incompetent on the customer service and delivery part. Terrible.
