Totally unworkable app and drivers.  Unable to get my packages - they call and hang up 
- terrible service - only delivery option from the Amazon store.

I have waited for three days from 17 to 22 for deliveries from Amazon delivered via this company and every single day a courier calls at 2150 or after 22 and says they’re outside. I go outside and they’re not there. Then I got a notification that it’s unable to be delivered and they will try again tomorrow. This has gone on for three days. I’ve gotten no support from Amazon or Airmee. I truly believe this company is a scam and should be reported to the consumer affairs bureau.

My delivery driver called me, I answered, he stayed silent, ended the call and then marked my delivery as postponed. I then reached out to support, Abdullahi, his name was, and he ended the chat before reaching any help or conclusion. Absolutely incompetent on the customer service and delivery part. Terrible. Hire people with IQ's higher than 90 next time. Garbage.
