### 3/5 — Search Hangs App

*2026-07-30, version 145*

For ages now the search function spins and gets stuck so that you have to keep closing and logging back in again

### 3/5 — Good app but repeat prescription system now flawed

*2026-07-06, version 142*

This is a good app that saves me and the GP time. However, the surgery has put some of my meds on batch order so it is impossible for me to see when I can pick them up. I suspect, being a retired IT analyst, that some fields had to be reused and now don’t give the patient vital info. The date last issued and cannot order until dates are now meaningless.

### 3/5 — Appointments

*2026-06-22, version 142*

Why has this app got book an appointment when you clearly can’t. All other aspects seem ok.

### 2/5 — Repeat prescription

*2026-06-20, version 142*

I have tried to order my repeat prescription and the ap will not allow me to click on the medication I require, I’ve logged out& back in, turned my phone off and then turned it back on as this sometimes helps & I’ve tried to update the app via the App Store, but still it will not allow me to access my medication requests. I’ve done my daughters without a problem, why isn’t it working? Please help

### 2/5 — Login issues

*2026-05-20, version 140*

Please fix the CONSTANT “There was a problem using Face ID” message that requires the app to be killed and restarted.

### 1/5 — Needs bugs fixed

*2026-03-23, version 139*

This app is terrible and needs updating so that it works correctly, can’t pick dates for appointments, can’t scroll correctly, not very intuitive for user simplicity.

### 1/5 — Lost data

*2026-03-12, version 139*

An update. Panic as it wouldn’t use Faceid AND didn’t recognise my username/password. Logged on using the web app and same username/password recognised!! Logged back onto the app and all recognised. But still list records and no documents - same problem as another user. Still nothing from TPP - could it be a health centre problem? No idea as TTP won’t investigate.
Enrolled years ago and had decades of documents, graphs etc. one day got message saying ‘could not connect’. Now way to contact so emailed TPP and still no answer. Deleted app and downloaded and this time username and password accepted.
BUT only 1 years progress graphs AND NO documents.

### 1/5 — Fails to connect

*2026-03-09, version 139*

Useless app. Says I am offline when I am not. Help says to download latest version. I have just installed the app.
Zero quality control why would I trust it with medical information.

### 2/5 — Rubbish

*2026-03-09, version 139*

Hate this app. Why not leave it with system online. It won’t let me sign in as keeps saying I’m offline when I’m not. Total waste of nhs money once again

### 2/5 — Impossible Prescription dating

*2026-03-02, version 139*

The other month I had problems ordering my repeat prescription items and today was even worse. I’m on a medication I cannot miss, yet it clearly shows I cannot order until mid April. This is because I last ordered on the 18th March 2026. Please tell me how I could have ordered items on the 18th when it’s only the 2nd March. Better checks need doing to this app with it dealing with peoples urgent medications.

### 1/5 — Rubbish

*2026-02-24, version 139*

It has put me offline and explains that I will need to enter my name and password to enable face recognition . I log out. Go to the login and it goes for face recognition immediately and cuts off WiFi. Endless loop.
I also think the design is amateur.

### 2/5 — Airmid uk

*2026-01-16, version 138*

Airmid uk can’t talk to anyone when you get a problem that you can’t solve

### 2/5 — Medical history

*2026-01-07, version 138*

The last update lost lots of history on my medical file, so hopefully this update will retrieve it! I used to be able to see way back to 1976. Every word I put in nicknames says it’s taken, even weird words.

### 1/5 — Useless

*2026-01-06, version 138*

Used to work fine then over a year ago, can book an appointment within a few minutes at vanishes so then if an appointment comes up at the weekend, you can’t book it have more than two appointments any more at one time and you can’t cancel one because none of them are showing in your appointment section absolutely rub be

### 1/5 — Unhappy oap

*2026-01-01, version 137*

Does not allow in any input or requests - a totally useless site

### 1/5 — Rubbish App stuck in a loop

*2025-11-23, version 137*

This clunky apology for an app will let me log in ( though the login page is an unreadable overlapping jumble) but wont let me go online or change my password till I enable fingerprint access - I don’t even have fingerprint
access:It wont even let me delete the app.I have deleted it from my hone screen where it just annoyed me!

### 1/5 — Buggy and not fit for purpose

*2025-11-04, version 137*

The whole purpose of getting this app was to share appointments with my partner who is pregnant, and add vaccinations/readings for travel.

Neither functions work.

You can’t add members to family, nothing happens after adding details. The save button on vaccinations doesn’t work.

Use an alternative platform, this one won’t be around for much longer.

### 1/5 — Useless app, keeps crashing despite updates

*2025-10-16, version 137*

Every time I try to use this app, you login then as soon as you try to do anything it crashes and throws you out.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Web developer refuses to take reports of faults

*2026-08-05, version 145*

App showed my appointment at the WRONG TIME.
Rang the developer and the receptionist 1. Refused to speak to me “ we’re not allowed to”. 2. Refused to tell me how I could report the problem.
3. Said I’d have to report it to my doctor, and they’d report it to them(?) - of course my doctor said it’s nothing to do with them.
4. I pressed her to confer as to how I’d report the app error. She went off the phone, conferred and said they weren’t allowed to talk to me.
Won’t be using this app again and reporting this to the healthcare trust

### 1/5 — Stopped working

*2026-08-01, version 145*

It suddenly stopped working. Even though I'm online, it shows I'm not connected. It prompts me to change my password, but the change is still ineffective.

### 1/5 — Next to useless

*2026-07-31, version 145*

I don't need to use this to order prescriptions. I use a much better app provided by an online pharmacy. However, I do need to try to use it to book an appointment. That's where this app is next to useless. I know my surgery is closed at the weekend and has no appointments. Why not let me book a slot during the week? No, it just tells me no appointments are available when the surgery is closed, and that's next to useless, as I say.

### 1/5 — Absolutely useless

*2026-07-17, version 142*

Uselles

### 1/5 — Terrible App

*2026-07-13, version 142*

This app is praised for allowing us to see our records, test results and access to things as simple as bp measurements. I’ve had this app for around 2 years and nothing is being updated or recorded! I have bloods regularly yet the last record of it is June 25’
I’ve used the app to track prescriptions and while the app says: ready for collection with a barcode, the pharmacy has no record and I’m making unnecessary trips for routine meds. I can categorically say this is THEE WORST APP I’ve ever used

### 1/5 — Broken

*2026-07-13, version 142*

Stopped working. Says not online when I am . Says to resolve change password then says cannot change password unless online. Genius.

### 1/5 — Can not get online

*2026-06-03, version 140*

Can not make even proper app this is shame .. having login issue

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2026-05-13, version 140*

Can’t login, can’t change password, when I request a code to my email it doesn’t send anything. Awful app. Can’t access my data!

### 1/5 — Cannot select dates

*2026-04-21, version 140*

I cannot select certain dates - there is a bug in the app where dates do not appear on the scrolling list and cannot be selected - this is not because they aren’t available - the software displays blanks and the left/right arrows often do not function (on latest iOS)

### 1/5 — Bugs bugs and more bugs

*2026-03-30, version 139*

When you go to make an appointment, it won’t let you select the date and instead gives error message that no appointments on the current date it auto
picked for you

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Doyle

*2026-02-10, version 139*

No problems at all really handy thank you

### 5/5 — Good app - but

*2025-08-02, version 132*

Unable to download this update.
I have tried several times, rebooting my iPhone just in case. But the download icon just spins and nothing downloads.
I can’t find anywhere to report the issue to Airmid

### 5/5 — Works as intended

*2025-07-23, version 132*

Very simple to use and get to what I need. Ordering repeat prescriptions, checking test results and history, keeping track of appointments with GP and other services (just not hospital appointments).

Booking appointments via the app is limited but I understand that is down to what my surgery allows and is not a fault of the app itself, my surgery only allows blood tests and smears to be booked via the app.

### 5/5 — WHY WHY WHY??!!!!

*2025-07-21, version 131*

What the heck is wrong with the healthcare ""system""?
WHY do there have to be so MANY different apps and websites WHY isn't it all integrated into ONE well or intelligently coordinated medical SYSTEN, where ALL the records and all the requests and ALL the everything else is fully available????

THIS IS BECAUSE OF CORRUPTION and GREED and STUPIDITY... that's why

Will someone PLEASE get their act together and CORRECTLY MANAGE the national health !!!!
It drives people totally mad to see so Many Different Apps and everything.
Just Get Your Act TOGETHER as ONE APP ONE DATA BASE ONE CENTRE
for ALL PEOPLE.

Stop feeding contractors and subcontractors are tax money

Eliminate the middle people
And all the corruption and graft

Get RID of ALL these extra applications which are UNNECESSARY if the ONE NHS app was COMPLETELY functional

### 5/5 — Real step forward in NHS records

*2025-07-09, version 130*

Invaluable tool in tracking health conditions through the use of the graphs. Unfortunately not all regional health services support it but if you wish to track blood test results over time there is no better tool.

### 5/5 — Amazing app

*2025-06-18, version 130*

This app is fantastic and works amazingly well. Easy to use. Simple way to read medical records or order my meds. I’m diabetic and take a lot of meds so use this app about ten times a month to order stuff. Never had any issue. Highly recommend

### 5/5 — Excellent

*2024-11-19*

I don’t understand all the negative reviews, because this app works perfectly for me on iPhone 13. I can see all individual test results going back decades, displayed in graph form so it is easy to compare past and present. All the blood chemistry and pathology results are there, with lots of historical data. It even shows the anticholinergenic cognitive burden score, a measure of the risk of cognitive decline caused by medication interactions. I guess somewhere along the line collaboration with gp surgeries or NHS is required for all features to work, and without that the app wouldn’t be of any use. But for me it is perfect.

### 5/5 — Really come a long way

*2022-05-05*

When I first started using this app, years ago, it needed tweaking to say the least. Now (and for a long time now) the app is great to use, my Gp surgery now offer more access via the app. I’m able to check my medical records, vaccines (including childhood), pathology reports, order repeat prescriptions (all in one go! … originally you had to order each repeat individually, now you get little tick boxes so can do it without having to tediously tap your phone screen for five minutes to get a 30 second task completed), I can check appointments etc.

Overall I recommend the app, I guess my only suggestion is that maybe non tech savvy people won’t know how to work the multiple interfaces, so that group could do with a quick start guide to the app?

### 5/5 — Lintonville Practice

*2020-09-13*

I am able to order all my prescriptions and my medication is ready at chemist as requested. this was always not the case when ordering them by telephone, many of times I had been left days without medication because they have not received my request on voice machine. I am able to look at all my blood results and vaccinations I have had when I was a child. Also I am able to manage my health better due to access and monitor my progress especially with regard to knowing my cholesterol level ect... I have yet to try making appointments on line. I can only speak for the Lintonville Practice, but I am happy with what I can do up to now.

### 4/5 — Logging in

*2026-08-06, version 145*

I do love this App, the fact I’ve got all my medical records & can order medication all from one location is brilliant. My only complaint is lately it won’t allow me to log in on the first attempt & I have to come off the App & the second attempt works fine, it’s a minor annoyance but could do with fixing
