## What is Airmony?

The purpose of the app is to inform the public about air quality, using the iOS device localization services in order to localize the air quality measuring sensors that are available in you area whose information is publicly available.
 
NOTE: It is possible that there are no sensors in you area, for which is important to see in the https://www.purpleair.com/map web site for availability in your area.
 
The App has a Today's Extension aka Widget, for you to see the AQI values (a standardized number to measure pollutant contaminants) and shows the color table and a description depending on the risk level.
 
The standalone app, localizes each sensor and shows them on the map with a color representing the risk level.
 
Agreement.
These terms of service constitute a legal agreement between the User of the application and "SUMMAN S.A.S" that govern the access and use of the free service of the AIR POLLUTION application.
AIR POLLUTION is a free application that is responsible for reporting the information extracted from the public API offered by http://www.purpleair.com at no cost to be used by all users
Due to the above, this application is made available to the user, and the use of this application is subject to the acceptance of these terms of service, which are presented to the user before starting the use of the application.

AIR POLLUTION is an app that consults information from the website http://www.purpleair.com, which is responsible for monitoring the air quality in real time, said website has installed air monitors in different cities of the world that allow any user read in real time the information captured there, which is why SUMMAN S.A.S assumes no responsibility for the information provided, let alone in the quality of it, as this is an obligation of http://www.purpleair.com who is the one who supplies reported information.
PRIVACY POLICY - Personal data will be processed in accordance with Law 1581 of 2012 on the protection of personal data. In accordance with the aforementioned regulations, any personal data will be processed in a transparent manner and in accordance with the rights and confidentiality of the user.
