The customer service is very poor and they would not replace the first one so had to buy another. Beware! ### 1/5 — Great Idea, Poor Design — Battery Failure Makes It Useless *2025-10-09, version 2.7.4* I bought the Airofit in 2023 for $350 plus a $60/year subscription. The battery never held a full charge and eventually died completely. Worse, the battery can’t be replaced, so once it fails, the entire device is useless. Looking online, this seems to be a common issue—many users report charging problems, dead batteries, and no way to repair them. For the price, this feels like a serious design flaw, not normal wear and tear. It is stuck on introductory video. At the end of the video there is a next button and then test your lungs one - unfortunately no test appears, instead exactly the same video is being played again. I tried numerous times - same story every time. It will also not let me to connect the device to the app. App that does not work - I cannot use the device. For the money I paid, I would have expected the app would work! I started used Airofit 3 years ago and it has made a big difference. About 3 months ago I stopped but on restarting 2 weeks ago I was surprised that my performance had dropped.
