This is it. *2026-04-06, version 1.1.16* Hello from a late 30’s airline pilot who is finally turning my paper logbooks digital. AIROS is the answer. It is extremely user friendly. Loading the actual ACARS data automatically is a breeze. I can do about 4-5 flights per minute. The app/software automatically loads cross country, night, turbine, SIC/PIC, Etc. This is an excellent company with a leading industry reputation. But with the simplicity of this app, that all changed. AIROS has thought of and removed all barriers to keeping a logbook and it has never been easier. Now I don’t have to worry about entering or writing down flight details after every flight. In the van ride to the hotel? In your hotel room? Doesn’t matter. As long as you can find your flight number, Airos does the rest. Have a backlog of data from another airline or the military? Airos is there to get all your previous data put in. Their customer service is top notch and they are there to get it right. The ACARS import works flawlessly—IN/OUT/OFF/ON times populate automatically with zero effort on my end, which saves a ton of time and eliminates errors. I especially love that it even pulls the tail number automatically based on the callsign. It feels well thought out, intuitive, and clearly built by people who understand real-world airline ops. It’s changed its name a few times but it’s always got amazing updates. Loads ADSB data automatically and takes about half the time to log a flight compared to the other logbooks out there. Airos pulls your ADS-B flight data and pre-populates everything. I wish this app existed back when I was instructing. I called Airos customer service to help me with the process. I left a message and I received a return phone call from David in less than ten minutes. David was friendly, patient and professional. He guided me through the process and answered all my questions. The electronic logbook is great. Very thorough and user friendly. I highly recommend this product. ### 5/5 — Best Digital Pilot Logbook *2025-07-17, version 1.1.2* Finally! An advanced digital pilot logbook that actually belongs in this century. This is the only logbook I’ve found that uses modern technology to make logging faster and way more accurate. I absolutely love how easy AIROS has made the logging process. Just enter a date, tail number, and watch the magic happen. Each flight is logged in literally 20 seconds. The 3D map has also been a game changer for my instructor’s ability to discuss everything after the flight. He also loves the way AIROS handles endorsements. I used LogTen for a while, and now I see that it was basically just an excel spreadsheet with a fancy app wrapped around it. Very happy I made the switch! ### 5/5 — Reinvigorated my logbook usage *2025-07-05, version 1.1.2* I recently downloaded this logbook to try from my previous (free) digital logbook. They give you 20 hours of logging entries free to try the product before purchasing a subscription. Be aware that if you upload your previous digital logbook to this platform and update any of those uploaded flights up to and beyond 20 hours, the trial portion of the subscription is over. With that being said I uploaded my previous digital logbook seamlessly via a csv file. After the upload the AIROS app was able process the upload data and ‘Audit’ the data to make sure that the entries passed 61.51 compliance. If there’s any issues the audit will alert you to edit and seamlessly help you make changes. I personally only had 6 flights to audit which took only a minute to complete. The audits look for valid •dates •routes •aircraft •total times. The app has many functions available that have reinvigorated the way I look at my logbook now. Quick and easy ways to look up flights via tail numbers, waypoints, routes of flight or airports etc. The app dashboard shows your quick TT and can be customized to show filters you select. The many customizable features help you minimize the amount of input you need to do logging a flight. For example. If you want to log FO time at your airline, you can select that as a customization and it will auto populate the flight time to that field. Saving you having to manually input that data. If you utilize this logbook for as a professional pilot, the flight time for each flight is automatically populated by putting in your flight number on the date you specify and it will find the data via multiple sources and populate it automatically. Leaving the pilot just to add details like approaches made and landing etc. generally it’ll take me less than 45 seconds to log a flight with this app, utilizing the custom fields I’ve selected. I tend to use this app at least once per day, not surprisingly I’ve found a couple issues and made some suggestions to the customer service team and have received a very quick response, usually within 6 hours. Getting a hold of customer service is simple. With the app open, just shake your phone and it’ll open the customer support page. So far I’ve had a wonderful experience with this app and I could go on and on about the functions available but try it out to see for yourself. But this app is seriously UX and tech forward. I love seeing my stats on the first page. Logging flight time has never been easier, by just logging the tail # or flight number. All the data is autofilled and the user friendly design gives a nice dopamine hit to actually use it. The guys/gals at Airos helped me get switched over and went above and beyond with importing, auditing, and getting my logbook all squared away. Customer service was off the charts. The last thing you want to do after a long time-building-flight is stay in a hot plane wrangling your log-book! Two or three prompts and it’s done. Logged! It’s also remarkable sophisticated, it will build-out all the official reports (even make them printable) and it can transfer in/out of other industry log-books with ease. I plan on using it past my time-building years as a primary log (with its transfer capacity) and definitely as a back-up to company logs. The customer service is off the charts. I’ve had personal text’s with the founder and Google Meet’s with tech’s when I needed to correct some mistakes on my end. Honestly it’s not just the best aviation app I’ve ever used, it is the best App I’ve ever used. ### 5/5 — Above and Beyond *2026-05-28, version 1.1.16* I recently became an airline pilot who got laid off. My past logbooks containing 30 years of flying and multiple errors became an area of concern as I needed to get myself back into the market quickly. I was able to actually reach a person the same day and describe what I needed done. Nothing was too complex for them. AIROS went above and beyond, giving me the personal attention I needed during this difficult time to get my logbooks in order. After plenty of help from the team and them identifying and rectifying past errors, I finally have pristine logbooks that I can take to interviews with confidence. Moving forward, the platform is extremely easy to use and provides precise information for each flight. This is definitely the company to use for those with past logbook issues or those seeking ease and precision for logging future flights!
