The rescheduling price is like buying a new ticket. Its still good to book directly on the airline app. You know, for the free first time flight change then just add a few extra for the difference of the ticket. I use Airpaz now only for searching available flights on three airlines (Airasia, Cebu Pacific, and PAL) to save time and then book directly on their respective apps. ### 1/5 — NOT AirAsia app. Adds 13.7% fee! *2026-06-23, version 3.130.1* This is not the official AirAsia app, so you will always pay more than if you booked direct. They pay a lot of marketing costs so they appear alongside (or even above) AirAsia in search results. Ultimately it’s essentially a scam as it adds entirely unnecessary fees. Malgré de nombreux échanges avec le service client, je recevais toujours les mêmes réponses sans réelle solution. J’ai finalement dû ouvrir un litige bancaire pour récupérer mon argent. Après examen du dossier, ma banque a tranché en ma faveur et mon remboursement a été confirmé. N’achetez rien chez eux car si il y a un problème, c’est compliqué. Dailleurs leurs avis positifs sur l’AppStore car ils sont sans commentaire… allez voir leur note sur trustpilot on dirait une usine à scam ### 1/5 — Worst app ever i swear *2026-05-15* My experience with Airpaz was extremely disappointing. At first, I booked a flight ticket through them, but when I arrived at Da Nang Airport, I discovered that there was actually no booking under my name. The airport was extremely crowded, and I had to stand in a very long line waiting for my turn, only to be told in the end that my reservation did not exist. Because of this, I was forced to purchase another ticket at the airport. After that, I contacted Airpaz asking for compensation. At first, they refused. After many attempts and long conversations, they finally agreed to compensate me, but until today I have never received any actual refund or payment. I tried contacting them many times over the past 9 months, but dealing with their customer service became exhausting and frustrating. Sometimes they barely reply at all, and when they do, they simply claim that the compensation was already processed, while in reality I received nothing. What is even more frustrating is that they never seriously try to investigate whether the issue might be from their side in the first place. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. **Developer response:** Hi , We are sorry for any inconvenience caused. Un bagage de 20 kg a été ajouté à ma réservation sans que j’en aie besoin, et le plus absurde, c’est qu’il apparaît uniquement sur le vol aller et pas sur le retour. Donc même leur propre réservation est incohérente. J’ai contacté le support pour signaler le problème et demander simplement l’annulation et le remboursement de cette option inutile. Réponse : aucun effort, aucune compréhension, aucun geste commercial. Ils encaissent l’argent et derrière ils s’en fichent complètement. Franchement, faites extrêmement attention avant de payer quoi que ce soit avec cette compagnie. I contacted Airpaz and they told me I need to pay a change fee and no refund is allowed. The app made an error but I was forced to pay. Now I’m still waiting for the new tickets to be confirmed. Really hoping it goes through considering how much money I already paid for a mistake that wasn’t my fault. Fraudulent refund process that automatically denies correct submissions yet the airline confirms AirPaz never reaches them. Will never use again and suggest you don’t bother unless you want your money to be siphoned off by a shill company.
