But I can't be too picky about it. Not a bad game. But I think it should have a cockpit view. ### 4/5 — Love the airplanes. Wish there was an MD L1011 Similar and a competitive version D-C 10 *2025-09-06, version 1.6* Love the semi realistic airplanes to fly. I wish there was an altimeter. To gauge the altitude. You can view 1000 miles at a time as you are flying higher. I do like the Double Decker 747. The only way to get her to take off is complete flaps down. She will take off any runway. Flaps down. One exception is Anepa? It may spelled wrong. The runway is way too short for the 747 Double Decker to take off. I have tried every configuration. No luck. Thanks for this game. It is really well designed and a nice variety of airplanes ✈️. ### 4/5 — Suggestions *2024-09-30, version 1.6* I’ve grown up playing the first airplane game and it still holds up today. I played the sequel and while it was good, it left much to be desired. So I was thinking, if you guys ever decided to make a 3rd Airplane game in the future, i have a few suggestions that might make It the best of them all: 1. Retain the HUD of the second game. 2. Improve graphics if possible. 3. Add a cockpit view. 4. Bring back the navigation map from the first game and if possible update it. 5. Make single player/multiplayer modes: for single player mode, you can play by yourself in missions and and use the 1x 2x speed button from the first game. For multiplayer mode, you can play with other people from all over, but you won’t be able to use the speed button from single player mode. For both modes you can earn money. 6. Larger maps: rather then just having individual cities and their airports, make individual continents (such as North America, Europe, Asia, etc) so you can travel from one city to another (from New York to Los Angeles) or if possible make the whole world so that you can travel from one continent to another. If it going to crash servers, i suggest adding a generating distance like in Minecraft. Also rather than having to pick a time of day or weather condition, you should add a day and night cycle that cycles every 24 minutes and generate random weather conditions. 7. Sort out aircraft into specific categories (such as passenger, cargo, military, historic, etc) and rather than having us have to pay real money to purchase aircraft, we should use the in game money we earned from the missions we played. The aircraft that the player first starts out in should be a Cessna 172. From that, the player should gradually go from prop and jet through to helicopter and blimp with the money they’ve earned. If you guys do see this review, I do hope you keep these suggestions in mind. Anyway thanks for reading this. But when it comes to Budget and No Internet it’s to being honest the best. There’s only one thing that at least in my opinion needs to be updated. On the first game which I also love,it has the option of selecting the route in a map and it’s simple to use. In the second game it’s a total shame that that isn’t included and the way to select the airports And a little more complicated. And you cannot select the region that you want to fly on. I would kindly like to request and update where they include the same map system as the first game. One of the most prominent issues in my mind is available missions that are physically impossible. When flying the sr71, some missions involve landing at Barksdale airport which is one of the shortest runways in the game. First, on the entrance page, you say “another great game from Quantum games”, while showing cartoon graphics. Second of all, the controls are limited to the joystick, and you can’t pitch more than -20 to 20 degrees, and it doesn’t show you an appropriate approach to airports in missions. Oh, and by the way, even with a correct approach (that I learned from Infinite flight simulator and turboprop flight simulator), you explode if you try to land on hills. A skill issue? I think not. I think that Quantum games should focus more on simpler games like gardening simulators or idle tycoon games, then eventually work their way up. I’m sorry, Quantum games and all of the Airplane 2 game lovers, but anyone that thinks this game is anything more than a “download and delete” just haven’t seen better. Me and all my kids, uncles and aunts have a lot of long enjoyable time with this almost realistic Airplane flight take off and landing. It’s just great and to top it off so easy to operate and play. Congratulations to the Developer Can’t wait for new arrival of Airplane 3 where Passengers, Pilots and flight attendants are seen boarding the plane before taxiing the plane To runaway for take off. Also after a successful Landing we should be able to taxi over the plane To Airport terminal and see passengers disembark safely after a successful flight with out crashing the plane.
