I use this app mostly at work and at LHR this is a very useful tool to have. Please can this issue be solved. ### 2/5 — Has bugs *2026-04-17, version 1.6.3* This app is rubbish now, logs me out every few days and keeps asking for a pin to be emailed to my work email, which sometimes I don’t have access to. You are able to favourite a flight but i can’t seem to find the tab for it. It’s not on my home-screen nor is it in the side menu. Would be nice if you could add it in an update. Regards, AirportLabs Team ### 2/5 — Used to be good *2025-06-07, version 1.6.2* The option that when we click on ‘departure’ and it would scroll down, right to the current departing flights is removed so now every time it starts with the first flights of the day hence we have to scroll manually all the way down to the current flights ( think about the late night flights!) A change that made things worse, why? ### 3/5 — None *2025-05-26, version 1.6.2* Slowly over time fewer and fewer features are available on the free version, despite the advertising! Many of us who work in the industry cannot afford to pay for full access and the companies we work for do not buy additional licenses to allow us unfettered access. But much slower now *2024-09-06, version 1.6.1* The app is an essential part of my working life as airline crew at LHR. However over recent weeks it has become so slow and clunky. It used be super fast and the data feed would appear instantly. This is with a strong internet connection or on WiFi. Seems very laggy now. I work at EMA, but every week or so the app will have a glitch and show me alerts for Milan MXP. There is now a screen when I log in that says “this app needs updating” and provides a button to click to update the app. Funny old thing - the button doesn’t work when you click it. And if you want to make a request for one, you can’t, because you only can choose 4 which are not important for me.
