Buyer beware. They have a lot of hidden charges if you order a cab via this app. A 15% gratuity is included and a $2 convenience charge for using the app. It comes off as very dishonest and non transparent. 

Just call instead and book a time.

The app by default adds tip that is not shown to the end user. Plus, they add other charges like waiting charge, without any waiting occurring or without letting you know.

Very disappointing and deceiving.

The address function does not work on this app. I can’t type in, nor will it recognize a pickup address or a drop off address. 
I’ve tried redownloadjng the app multiple times. 
I’m on an iPhone XR with the latest software update so it’s not my phone. 
This app simply doesn’t work.

Just took it this morning , where normally I paid $18 but I got charged $24!! Not good

So far, this isn’t working.  I wasn’t able to book anything on it (the submit button won’t work), and even deleting and reinstalling doesn’t work.

They added a default gratuity of 15%. This was not there in early versions of this app. They do send you a bunch of texts and add on “check your tip settings.” This is deceptive. Deleting after using recently, I am no longer your customer.

No matter how many time I do the verification photos. It says failed. I ended up just booking online
