However the weather information has stopped working and it appears the developers website is no longer working to report any issues. I’d like to give it 5 stars but for the poor customer support. During the recent Notam problem, I sent 4 requests for some feedback/info concerning the extremely slow downloading of the SIA France Notams. There were occasions that I could not download the Notams at all, and had to resort to sourcing them on the internet. I can understand that there will be problems particularly with iOS updates, but I still expect at least an acknowledgement from customer support regarding my concerns. This never happened. At least the latest update solved the problem. Wake up customer support. We have other options and choices if you’re overwhelmed by too many customers. Tried several times to report this problem, but unfortunately the problem isn't fixed till now. ### 1/5 — seit kurzem keine Wetter-/ Notaminfos während Flugmodus *2019-09-09* Seit neuestem gibt es keine Infos über Notams und Wetter wenn der Flugmodus aktiviert ist und vorher dennoch diese Information schon aktualisiert waren. Bei den älteren Softwareversionen war dieses problemlos möglich! Mittlerweile schreibt die App, man soll WiFi einschalten bzw Flugmodus ausschalten. Leider bringt das keinen Erfolg ohne Datenverbindung. Schade ! Ich will die alte Version wieder ! **Developer response:** Hi, Die Probleme sind uns bekannt.
