We Indians are self proclaimed leaders in software development and yet we develop an app that’s absolutely useless. Cannot even sign up to register a grievance. One just can’t even sign up easily. After mustering great perseverance if one does sign up logging in to register grievance seems impossible. Tried 12 times but continuous error is “can’t connect to server. Check internet..” though I am on 100+ mbps connection. This suits every stakeholder (except travellers). For airlines who do not have to be answerable and to the govt dept who do not have to track it. ### 1/5 — Completely useless *2024-10-08, version 2.0.13* Tried to register through email, which the confirmation email arrived after 5 minutes! Clicked on the link to confirm email, and it took me to the AirSewa portal through safari. After that, nothing happens, no stating that your email has been confirmed nor setting up a password for your account. Look at the bloody heathrow app, it works. You can’t even register with a phone number when you a have a UK number. Totally unacceptable. ### 1/5 — Unlist the App *2024-10-01, version 2.0.13* Useless app. Does not work ### 1/5 — Login does not work *2024-08-20, version 2.0.12* App seems unresponsive when trying to login. After few mins displays a message application was unable to communicate with server. I am using the application from outside India so not sure if the access is restricted to be used within India only. Countless calls and even email, no reply. One grievance case on air seva and within 12 hrs got the conformation on refund initiation. This is some painful thing, yet to see response from the redressal team. ### 3/5 — Good app with Bugs *2018-11-26, version 1.0* Its indeed a good app. One bug I found is, the registered grievance gets disappeared from the list, automatically after some time. And user needs to logout and login to see the status. During that time, even searching using grievance ID, shows no results. This is confusing and user may end up lodging several complaints in confusion that his/her complaints have been auto deleted. Second bug is the Verification link is being received much delayed and the link validity is only 10 minutes. And once it gets over, one may not receive link using same email I’d, EVER.
