### 1/5 — Another updated review - April 2026 Updated Review + Request to Devs

*2026-04-22, version 3.8*

It seems at this stage whenever the app is updated, all that changes is that you need to click on things multiple times to do the exact same thing.

If I input an address and try to create a flight plan. I have to input the location, then select one of two tools to draw a location then I have to adjust the size. Before this last update I could just write in the address and adjust the size of the flight area.

If the flight is in an uncontrolled aerodrome, it will have a pop up showing who I need to contact, I click “got it!” Then the exact same pop up comes up again to get to the screen where I input the flight information.

Another update 1/03/23

It is back to being terrible. If I use the app, exit (without closing) and then go straight back in seconds later, I now have to log in again. Almost unusable at this point.

Previously this app has been terrible to use. In the last six months it has really improved in stability. It’s not perfect but it’s definitely not a massive pain like it was. One request I would like to make is that when selecting the height that we are flying to, allow us to type in the number rather than using the slider. If you are trying to put a specific height in to comply with a local height restriction it can be very annoying. The slider for the flight radius also resets if you want to adjust it slightly. Keep up the work dev team 😊

### 4/5 — Buggy app

*2025-12-12, version 3.7*

Not formatted for smaller iPhone. I can’t login as I cannot see the submit button. :(

### 2/5 — Not Trustworthy

*2025-11-21, version 3.7*

Can’t rely on this app to know if it’s ok to fly. Shows no restrictions in Fiordland NP when there are multiple no drones signs.

### 1/5 — Disappointing

*2025-03-28, version 3.5*

Initially great to use but then I was unable to log in and now it tells me that my account has been disabled. As a recreational drone user and trying to do the right I find it frustrating and disappointing.

### 1/5 — Keeps logging user out

*2024-07-05, version 3.3*

Initially I thought the issue was with me, however I soon realised that the app was logging me out all the time. This is quite frustrating when you are trying to be an accountable drone operator and do the right thing. (Recreational User)

### 5/5 — Hooray!

*2023-05-04, version 2.25*

This update seems to have fixed having to log in every time I open the app. And the zones layers load correctly only the main map upon opening the app.

### 1/5 — Updated Review + Request to Devs

*2023-03-01, version 2.24*

### 1/5 — App crashes when changing phone prefix

*2023-01-09, version 2.21*

App crashes on iPhone 13 Pro when tapping on the phone prefix during registration of a new account to change it. iOS 16.2

### 1/5 — Can’t login

*2022-11-25, version 2.21*

This is a stupid app. I can’t even setup login and password have tried to reset a number of times.

### 1/5 — Bad interface and app

*2022-11-13, version 2.14*

The app interface is rubbish. Using the app causes my iPhone 12 to overheat! I can’t imagine what using it on an older device would do. It’s hard to navigate and lots of zones like danger zones aren’t on the map. Needs lots of improvement.
