Once the mobile and OTP is entered and safari opens to download the configuration the server stops responding and the message “Safari could not open the page because the server stopped responding” tried this 6 times, clear history, rest network settings etc and the result is the same.

Signing certification is expired for the app and can't be trustworthy for getting into public network. And with elevated access the device is much vulnerable for attacks. Didn't expect this from Airtel.

Airtel shows a separate column for WiFi Internet. In order to use such internet they make you download this app, once downloaded it takes you to safari web browser after which the process stops . These are just gimmicks played by Airtel to lure customers by showing them some fake WiFi internet balance which is literally of no use to stop people shifting from Airtel to other networks.

Hi, I am not able to download profile after installing the app. Got the OTP and after that its moving to safari but no profile is being downloaded. Getting error as site not accessible. IOS 11.2 IPhone 8plus
