The app along with the customer service is one of the worst service experiences. (The worst is the Airtel mobile.) Do not buy this or any other service from Airtel. Airtel dupes its customers. They are not serious about the “security” they claim to provide. They take your money and Will unsubscribe your cameras shortly after and will not respond over phone or email or resolve the issue.

Hey guys plz don’t buy this Airtel Xsafe. 

I tried calling service center many times, emailed, tweet too but no one is coming to start my cameras. 

I paid 20 thousand to get camera with service. I paid for one more year but no one is coming to start these. 


Please do not buy this.

However, it takes a lot of time to process and read when you click and open a certain room. The processing time should not take longer than 3secs but it goes much longer which gives the frustration.

Very bad experience using this app. Grey screen - everytime I have to logout to see something on those screens.

Everytime I launch the app, no matter the device, I have to restart it minimum 3 times and refresh the page several times for the video to start. 
I am on my new iPhone 15 so no way it's my phone's problem. I use Airtel internet too with 5g enabled so it's not even internet issue. 
Then the two-way audio feature. The app lags everytime I try to use it. I tap the mic icon in my phone and try to speak to the home guard, and the app lags. 
The alarm feature is also very buggy, like there's several seconds delay. And sometimes the alarm won't stop even when I've stopped it from my phone. 
Please work on these issues, it's very annoying.

Easily the worst surveillance solution for your home. The app is a mess and half the time the videos won’t load. Worse, the video thumbnails all look the same. Not worth the trouble with the sub-standard camera equipment and a dysfunctional customer support which is total joke!
