FRAUD. AVOID THIS APP. ZESA token purchase failed 2 months ago. They promised a refund and never paid it. I followed up many times, they just lie. Customer support is non-existent. How many people have you done this to?

Cannot hear the other person and yet connected. Sometimes it charges when the call isn’t fully connected and your account balance reduces.

Ever since the app updated about 4 months ago, I can not open the credit balance tab to see my credit. So now I’m buying credit blindly, not knowing how much balance I still have. And the call connections have been really bad, please revert to the older version, it worked so much better than this current one. Thank you kindly.

The app doesn’t not work 80% of the time and when you reach out to customer service they don’t even help, you send emails and nothing ever get resolved. My app has not been working since last year May and I have tried to email customer service but nothing has been resolved. All the money that I had topped disappeared and I have requested for a refund but still nothing. They are scammers I would not recommend this app at all.

I recently recharged this app with credit worth USD10 and the next time I try to open it I discover that I’ve been logged out of my account and there’s no way to log back in. Let’s hope it’s a bug that will get fixed soon. It’s been 5 days now and counting. Very Dissatisfied

This app used to be the best but it doesn’t work anymore. You recharge it and it will not give you an option to call.It takes you to the account to recharge again..It’s time to part ways now despite me losing my money which i was not given an option to use.
