Emailing them it takes donkeys of days or weeks to get response and if they do the issues don’t get resolved asap. It’s difficult to top up your accounts because a number of times the app isn’t working. I have topped up my world call but can’t use the credit, it says world call not registered yet I used to use it before. I have also topped up my 263 acc - money shows on credit balance but not on the banner. I have emailed customer service and an automated response says “try switching your phone off and refresh app it will be ok” but nothing after several attempts. I think the owners of this app a crooks and stealing people’s money. Crap app!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!! ### 1/5 — Fraudulent App Beware *2023-03-26, version 6.3.4* I’ve used this app for at least 2 years. Last year I topped up my phone $35.90 but the credit never reached my phone. They don’t respond to emails, WhatsApp or their UK telephone number. This UK number doesn’t work. This App must be removed from every App Store as they continue to accept customers and money yet they don’t release the credit to phones.
