Do not use, you send crypto to it and then you can’t get the card because it won’t stop pending then you can’t withdraw youe money! A MoonPay Direct transfer was initiated from my AirTM account on 22 July 2026 to my local UK bank account. More 11 working days now, the funds have still not arrived. This is my first time using it. Customer support has not resolved the issue and doesn’t respond anymore, and the delay is unacceptable. I hope I have not been scammed. Imaging making a new account for the first time and you can’t even verify your account. After multiple tickets and DAYS, I finally get a response to verify via email, however, It’s been multiple days without a response and my account is limited. Greetings! ### 1/5 — IF I DIE HOLD AIRTM RESPONSIBLE *2026-07-30, version 12.2.0* My account got temporarily disabled since Sunday the 26th of this month July since today I contacted their support no reply or what ever they keep creating a stupid tickets….,I literally have no money on me nothing at all I haven’t eaten well because they held my money ### 1/5 — Extremely disappointed with customer support and account resolution *2026-07-25* I have had a very disappointing experience with Airtm. My account was restricted because of what was believed to be duplicate accounts. I explained that this was unintentional and cooperated fully with the compliance team, but I have still been left waiting without a clear resolution. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. I have been unable to access my own funds for an extended period, and updates have been very limited despite multiple support tickets and follow-up emails. The app itself may work well when everything is normal, but customer support and the time taken to resolve account issues have been extremely disappointing. I hope Airtm improves its response times and communication with customers facing urgent account problems. I am happy to provide any further information to help resolve issue. Request for a final response letter and make an official report to the final regulation of your country. This doesn’t look right in all way. I wish I read this reviews earlier. Customer service is poor. Parece que es estafa por que no te dejan retirar tu dinero y después no responden a los reclamos.
