Cannot connect with the app at all . Performed the reinstall several times , turned off the power . Rolled up one trouser leg and nodded to the east 9 times . To no avail . Apple has made it possible for Apps to be totally accessible for the blind using VoiceOver but despite contacting the developers they seem to have no interest in making this app work for everyone, good job I spent so much money on a quality AC unit. If you rely on any accessibility features in iOS, look elsewhere ### 1/5 — Hate app piece of rubbish *2025-03-18, version 1.4* Will never install this brand into my home again the app is so annoying 95% of the time it won’t log I have to spend time closing app re opening trying again and again and again.. bug never fixed no matter how many times I update the wall one and the phone app never has updates fix the issue spent 20k plus and feature doesn’t work seamlessly ### 1/5 — I feel sorry for you *2025-01-27* Awful app, I genuinely feel sorry for you if this is the app you have to use to control your aircon. Constant issues, never connects over wifi, if it does it disconnects an hour later. Don’t bother with this app and just accept now that you will need to control the aircon via the wall touchpad. If you come to terms with it now it will cause heartache. Pressing connect then logs in. This happens on both our WiFi network and mobile network. Everything else works fine ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t appear to support band steering 2.5-5ghz *2026-02-08* So my app only works when the phone and the unit are on the same frequency even though most routers and phones have dual band combining 2.5 and 5ghz- causing the app to only connect some of the time! Yet the software connects to both. Terrible connectivity to have a unit that works occasionally at best. Please fix the connectivity bugs!!! Fix on the website is to split your bands - ruining the entire network experience for your home or business. ### 1/5 — Random connection *2026-01-07* Will connect maybe one time in twenty attempts. Avoid. *2025-09-14* App shows “connecting” every time I open it (I never force close it). This then fails and brings up “show saved systems” which then goes through the connection process. On top of this, changing settings on the app rarely does anything. For example, I used the app to change the temp from 22 degrees to 20 and dropped fan speed from medium to low. The app showed those changes had been made but the wall mounted controller showed no change. It’s the same with turning different rooms on and off and yes, I’ve allowed plenty of time for the app to connect and also for the change to take place. Overall, I really wish we didn’t replace our other controller with this amateur garbage. Feeling pretty ripped off TBH. ### 1/5 — Always Crashing *2025-07-04, version 1.8* This app is terrible. It barely connects, and on the rare occasion it does, it crashes almost instantly. I've spent good money on a new aircon system that I can't even control properly because this software is completely unreliable. It’s unacceptable. Fix it. ### 1/5 — Constantly disconnects *2025-06-11* This really is a terrible app. It disconnects every time I open it. If one person sets a timer, it gets deleted if someone else opens the app or uses the console screen, which basically makes the timer setting pointless. Definitely would not recommend! Get a different system with an app that actually functions. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2025-06-09, version 1.8* Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. Really frustrating. My login details stay autofilled on the log in screen. I was very hesitant given the negative reviews - but I’ve got no issues with the app at all. My air con installer was very complimentary about the app and he was right. When remote - the reaction is not immediate because it’s remote. But it works correctly every time so far. ### 4/5 — Wifi dropouts fixed at last *2025-12-31* The recent version appears to have solved a problem with the base station dropping off the wifi intermittently (ie frequently). I’ve had this operating on multiple iPhones and iPad in my home for the last 18 months and it’s been faultless. I can see all the other Airtouch apps, including Airtouch2 (no plus), can show the home temperature. Please fix this ### 3/5 — Works most the time *2025-07-28* Have had our panel for years, the app itself works most of the time for me and also works well with Alexa and Google however we do have a recurrent problem of the temperature just jumping persistently back to one I didn’t want. For example I’ll select 22C for heat and it just jumps back to 24 all the time when I don’t want it on 24C. Happens on all modes. ### 3/5 — It’s OK. *2025-05-28, version 1.8* It does the job. The recent update made changing some settings whilst it’s switched off possible, which was sorely needed. It has an annoying issue where after running a program and switching itself off at the end, it also turns all rooms off which means if I manually start it afterwards, I have to also manually turn all the rooms back on individually, every single time. Why?! ### 3/5 — Ok but not great features *2025-03-07* Has away mode but no idea what it does as instruction manual is no help. Company didnt respond to email asking for more info. Programs cant overlap ie have some zones turn on at 2pm and others later whilst other program is active No ability to set fan speed in programs so its whatever it was last set to which is not great in summer when you want higher during the day and lower at night for noise and lower energy consumption so it doesnt drain our battery. I set zones in programs but all previously used zones light up when program runs.
